This is little bit older story, so the plot is as it was at the 2015s: the ML is a spoilt child who never learned how to play nicely and be true to his feelings, and FL ready to be stupid and obedient for/to the man she agreed to be hers.So him being manipulative, selfish abuser is vindicated by his 'love' for her. He basically destroys her business and any chance for her independent income and home in order to make her work for him and live with him.
When he finally succeedes, his mother comes along unhappy with FL's background. Mother and son together pressure FL to sign a pre-nup promising, among other things, to leave future children with them in the case of divorce.
Here FL's gets an Epiphany (because being MOTHER is above all) and finally refuses, to what ML gets a fit or rage accusing her of selfishness.
I won't spoil any more. Something that could heve been an interesting story (two people from different walks of life, with woman being educated and independent) became yet another poisonous Cinderella story.

So this is a typical korean romance drama;) it's got everything you need. The plot was really simple and everything was pretty predictable, but also enjoyable to watch ;) if you're looking or something really light to watch, then go for it. Not to mention each episode lasts 15 minutes! So you won't waste too much time if you don't like it;) I laughed a lot during this show, but not because of the comedy but lousy writing or scenes planning :D for example, a guy looks out of a car window and the guy BEHIND him comments on his smile :D or when they guy went to see the girl... he was travelling by car so you would expect her to look for him near the road, right? Wrong! It's better to search in between the apple trees :D and of course, that's where he was ;) Oh and I'm pretty sure they messed up the sides of the guy's body where he got the wound. At first it was on the right side, and then suddenly on the left LOL. I hope I'm not giving too much spoilers of any kind ;) So yeah, it was poorly done and nothing special, but it was light and nice and enjoyable. Not to mention pretty leads - I really like when they're pleasant to watch. So altogether, if you want to laugh about these silly things and see some nice kindergarten-level romance - i totally recommend it! ;) Was this review helpful to you?

Came for Veronica Park, but ended up getting angry with the ML and dropped it.
I came to this drama due to Kim Jae Kyung having fallen in love with her as Veronica Park(eyay-oh) in The Secret Life of y Secretary.The premise was good. A struggling vet saves the pompous CEO after he's stabbed. It had the makings of Kdrama gold.
Although it would have, were it not for Sung Hoon's one-dimensional character with zero character development - so much so that halfway through the penultimate episode (ep 6 out of 7) I couldn't take it any more. He was a toxic walking red flag and what made it worse was that Jae Kyung's character started to have feelings for him (they were in a contract relationship), despite him belittling her and controlling what she could and can't do, let alone who she could see. If her male friend spoke to her, he'd get mad. Like I said, walking red flag.
The hope I had of a redemption story just didn't come - I'm guessing I've missed on seeing this, but surely you'd want to see little signs of him changing, and her realising her self-worth.
So, to curb my frustration, I had to drop this as it stopped being enjoyable for me, which is a shame because of Kim Jae Kyung :(.
Thankfully there are only seven, 45-minute episodes on Viki if you want to try it. Other people rave about it.

Now onto the real critique. This show is quite the binge watcher. I finished this drama in two days & having to stay up to do so. The story, as I said before, is nothing new, but they do add crazy spins. A perfect example is from the bio itself saying that he gets stabbed which made me interested. Acting is amazing as Sung Hoon plays his character fantastically. Jae Hyung at some points where she was frustrated would make weird, off point facial expressions, but you won't see unless you squint really damn hard.The OST for this show is outstanding. The songs would make me feel nothing, but happiness & other times it would make me bawl my eyes out which I feel an OST should do. The rewatch value on this extra high as every episode is 15-16 minutes long (besides the last episode which is 20 minutes). It's a real innovative & fun show that is perfect to just watch on a weekend off.

typical rich guy falling in love with poor girl....a story which never gets me bored
i got so hooked i saw all 20 episodes like a marathon!!!

Not Good Enough
" Noble, my love " was simply bad.The premises of the drama were interesting, and I do love the twist with the contracted dating or marriage scheme. However, this drama didn't handle it very well. And it wasn't because they used too many cheesy trops, which you kind of expect from a romantic comedy.
Things started looking fishy when in the scene where the girl is saving the CEO, she takes off his shirt to clean his wound, and while he is there bleeding, she just stares at his abs... And if that is not enough of a warning sign, then the drama will only get worse and more frustrating.
The male lead is simply insufferable. He is not the cold guy who acts arrogant but he is kind of cute. No, he says that he is a dominant and he treats the girl as his property, taking over her job, even her own life. He keeps yelling at her to not meet other guys, even if they are her friends, or she meets them by accident. And, even though she doesn't fit her character, she just takes it. And not only that, she actually falls for him. Why? He was a j**rk to her the entire time!
Now, for the girl, she was enjoyable as a character, but she kept acting randomly. She also tended to behave like a child from time to time.
The drama overall was predictable and some of the episodes were boring. The side characters were also underdeveloped and overlooked most of the time.
Finally, for the good parts of the drama, the episodes towards the ending, when the male lead started acting like a human again were actually good. If only the rest of the drama was like that...
So, overall, 2 out of 10.

I can't put it in any more words! it was basically short and sweet and just the right number of episodes!
you can finish this in one sitting if you'd like, because its so addictive! I also really liked the music because it was on-point and very good!
the main guy isnt the typical cold-boss like in most drama, he is very funny and might I say he is so very handsome its unbelievable. his brother in this drama looked very much EXO's baekhyun I had to check a few times to see that he is not actually him xD
the kiss-scenes weren't so good, the chemistry was weak in those but they had the chemistry in other scenes so i guess its okay-ish.
this drama also had the right amount of funny scenes where the main guy is such a dork its so cute! and I really liked that he wasn't as perfect as many dramas make the cold-boss to be.
but all in all my favorite character was manager Kang, the character was so funny and the actor really got him well, his facial expressions killed me, his odd voice and the way he talks is also very funny. best actor in this drama.
I would recommend this drama to whoever wants a light fluffy time with no heartache and just wants to watch a drama in a short time.

Can finish in 1 seating. Want to finish in 1 seating. Both statement is true for this drama.
I find Sung Hoon quite a charismatic actor and has that intense gaze. The show make sure to sell u his abs and good physique. The lead actress was unfamiliar to me. I find her pleasing to look at and sometimes reminds me of another japanese actress in a gd way. They have good chemistry as they spar spark but mostly the guy wins. Fun times when hes jealous or possessive. I do hav to overlook that zealous possesive and manipulate her to a corner so that no options left but him. That in real life is actually scary and not romantic. But very early we were shown she is attracted to him. Interested in him.
For a short drama means the focus is on out otp so the meddling mum doesnt appear til ep19.. thankfully.
Dont thk too much or expect too much then its really an enjoyable watch.
My last qualms i hav to state was i wish the kisses were done better.many dramas hav set the par quite high. A lil bit of overacting on the girl's part in the last scene which was a tad off-putting. Else i nearly gave a 8.5.

PLOT: Héritier kidnappé, recueilli et sauvé par une véto, décide de lui offrir une belle clinique.
+++ De très bons acteurs, un CL très bickering mais cute
+++ La narration est rapide, sans temps mort, mais sans plothole non plus
+++ Les OST, très aegyo, sont adaptés sans être mémorables
=> Sympa et bien fait pour une durée de 5h30
