I love the episodes so far and what made me fell inlove with it more is the fact that kento yamazaki and mirei kiritani are the main leads once again in this series and hopefully will end up together, They're both great at acting and the story pace is spot on so far I dont see any flaws but all in all its a series i recommend everyone to watch! That is all Im huge fan of this two so thank you for making this!

Ok bear with me. This is my first review. You know the dramas that have a low budget, simple story & average writing/acting but you end up loving them anyway. Well, A Girl & Three Sweethearts is one of those dramas.

I think its simplicity is why it excels expectations. It won't wow you or win a bunch of awards but it's enjoyable and will make you smile. When you come to care about the characters & what happens to them then I consider it a successful drama. I know I'm probably making this sound mediocre but I really did love it.

While it's a rom-com at heart, it's also about family. The brothers' relationship & love for each other is heartwarming. Misaki fits well into their lives and restaurant. Like their missing piece. The interaction between the 4 feels so real. From the happy times to even the angsty parts.

The romance is of course the main reason you're probably checking this drama out and it will make you swoon! I'm a sucker for when a couple start off hating each other and then fall for each other. How the relationship grows & evolves is what takes you on a journey. Mirei & Kento have a nice chemistry. Maybe it's cuz they've acted together before that there is an ease between them in their scenes.

Oh Kento. How I love him. I'm not blind to the fact that his acting is average but there's just something about him. I do have to say that this is the best acting I've seen from him. He's improving! Helps when he plays a character that has more emotions than his usual characters. Not a whole lot more though! Lol. He does good at the anger, confusion that his character goes through. Won't say when it happens but he has some really good silent acting when he flashes back to some moments. And of course he looks so good!

Mirei is so cute and pretty. She plays Misaki's cheerful personality well but also balances it out with her determination about her cooking. I'm not one to usually criticize appearance but I did sometimes have trouble buying her as a baker. Her arms are just so ridiculously thin that it's not plausible that she's someone one who mixes ingredients everyday.

Shohei and Shuhei as Chiaki and Touma, respectively, are the standouts acting-wise. Their characters have some interactions that are really good and emotional.

I honestly don't recall the music standing out to me but that can be a good thing. Better that than be completely mismatched and take you out of the scene. So it just kinda fits & subtly adds a scene without you realizing it.

A few cons: I wish Touma had more storyline. He was an absolute gem. The villain never amounted to anything and was just more of an annoyance. But really that's it for cons.

If you're looking for a nice, easy, fun drama then I definitely recommend A Girl & Three Sweethearts. Not too overwhelming. Not too underwhelming. But just right. ;)

STORY:
It wasn't unique but it's also not quite interesting for me. Although I loved the push-and-pull drama of the main characters, I cannot really fully relate to the central conflict that the heroine was experiencing. I just thought simple things were made complicated.

CAST/ACTING:
YamaKen was OK. It's my first time seeing him in a drama after reading so much about him in Jdrama new sites. The two Shoheis were fine. Kiritani Mirei just either made me cringe or laugh. I'm sorry.

MUSIC:
Nothing really exceptional about the music.

OVERALL:
Hmmm. I think I can watch it again. I really have mixed feelings about this drama. Overall, I enjoyed the chemistry of the main couple and the brotherhood of the ikemens. :)

Really mediocre at best

This seemed to have the ingredients for a good show including a sunny seaside location and good food but fails to do much with any of it. It's completely unclear what the FL even sees in ML she ends up with. Without fail the ML was a mopey jerk that was incapable of even a basic conversation. There also could have been more comic relief to break up the main character scenes that inevitably ended with someone mopily sitting somewhere staring off into the distance. Twice characters mention having had "a fun summer" too bad most of the fun apparently never made it into any of the episodes.

A Girl & Three Sweethearts is a sweet drama centered around food. This drama stars a lot of upcoming actors including Kiritani Mirei, Yamazaki Kento and Miura Shohei. This drama is pretty easy-going and light hearted with a very cute storyline. To be honest, I did have a bit of a problem with Yamazaki's character and apathy throughout most of drama. Otherwise, this is a nice summer drama with an equally cute ending.

A Cliche, that one of the main character kind of ruined for me.

I usually like the males to be mysterious and more quiet... but the main actor here... just made me angry at times. He could not express his feelings to her half of the time and I felt myself just hoping to reach the end of this drama. I did not really get any butterflys from their connection, seemed to me like he just made her suffer emotionally.

Yes the idea is cute, so is the setting, music and outfits.
But like man Kanata, I was expecting more from him, more advancements on the girl, but he just turned out to be a moody and confused girl. Did not get to see his acting flourish, most of the time he just stares at something with 0 emotion. And yes I understand his role was to be a jerk, and some jerk/cool characters are actually sweet and amazing on the inside, but we did not even get to see that side of him DX
And he was unapologetic, never said sorry for losing his temper or being ruse, I just felt bad for the girl she always had to be the one that said sorry.
She is cute and happy, but like I said I felt bad for her.

For the good parts: I loved the cute desserts she made and the way that the restaurant worked. The setting was breathtaking and I would love to live somewhere within that show :)

Although I sometimes have a guilty pleasure for Cliche story lines, this one had me snoring Dx so sorry to the lovers of this tv-show.

Ever dreamed of a summer romance? This is not your typical cutesy, bubbly show. It's better than that!
I love the fact that this romantic plot is majorly combined with elements of work, family, food and most importantly a summer romance. The casting was amazing for this, Mirei Kiritani was the best for her role. I don't want to spoil a lot but there are a lot of great "eye candy" guys in this too, so if you want a short and sweet series, definitely give it a go!

this is one of the best creations of japanese melodraas- Generally it is either very dramatic or supper funny.
never able to make believable one between. but this drama is on different level, it gives Kdrama vibe (if you know what I mean).
the story development was good, 10 epiosodes is the exact number that perfectly fits the drama. the actors are the best part of the series. It is very enjoyable and pleasant to watch, and when the last episode ends you feel that this is how it exactly should end.
In short, a must watch for any person looking for decent Jdorama.

Icicle, cohabitation, hate to love, bickering, opposites, friendship, family and everything nice

Yes this is yet another cliche fest of pretty much all my favourite tropes except for maybe amnesia as we get to watch miss
hard working and bubbly meets hard working icicle just the way I like it on screen, but not in real life.

The food, cakes, people and scenery are all gorgeous. There are a few characters including the female lea that are a little bit over the top in their gestures and acting, but it stopped bothering as the story progressed and I fell in love with them instead. The female leads best friend is pretty much there to cheer her friend on in to getting it on with pretty much anyone. Their conversations lead to misunderstandings and bothered me at first too. However at one point it became a thing and they upped it up a notch making me curious about what the friend would be doing the next time she appeared instead of annoyd.

Our male lead is soooo coool, dude completely lacks verbal communication skills yet is fluent in insults and silent affection and scenery spotting. As well as has this look that will melt the people around him while keeping him frozen no matter what he does he manages to stay coool. While the female lead has a way of staying awkward and warm. A true show of opposites attract.

There is a whole lot of love geometry, of the highly predictable type there not only to prolong the story but also to make sure the viewers know stuff about the characters.

I also loved the way they talked about a family, brotherhood and other stuff... And while I did get mad at a few of the characters I appreciated both loving and hating them. When you watch this I am sure you will understand what I mean, but to not risk spoiling the plot Ill leave it at that.

This is definitely an easy binge that will captivate the cliche lover from start to finish, as for those of you who are in this looking for some kind of gore or action after seeing Yamazaki Kento in Imawa no Kuni no Alice you will not get it here. But damn the boys character is sooooo much better in this than he ever was in that,

Not that bad, but it could have been better

I enjoyed this drama at the beginning. I even thought this will be in one of my fave dramas list. But in the latter part, some scenes just don't make sense.

The part of the old man who wants to buy the restaurant doesn't make sense. In the beginning, he was there to show the love and conflict between the brothers/family but at the end, his role just didn't make sense.

The acting of ML at the end is a bit forced. Maybe he's just not used to act romantically in front of the camera, as his acting was ok in the prior scenes. I had also watched him in Alice in Borderland and he's also good in it.

Overall, it's not that bad, but it could have been better.

I prefer korean drama, but after watching Empress Ki  (51 episodes, storical), I needed something sweet and easy..
I loved this dorama, it he cheered me up.. now talking about each characters:

? Misaki, I just loved her..!!
? Chiaki, he is the perfect guy..maybe too much for me.. anyway he was  cute
? Kanata, well I wanted to beat him all the time, how could he behave that unpleasant  way.. anyway I just fell in love with him .. eheh..
?Touma, the best of this story, I just loved his funny way of being.

I found some points useless, for example, the villain I found It out of Place and boring.
The landscapes were stunning, I love Japan  more and more  ...!!
I love the main song, really catchy ..

I give this dorama 10 points because  it made my heart flutter......
