I‘m not a robot was one of the dramas I have a love-hate relationship with. The Story was...and the Cast was amazing. But it was Yoo Seunghos first romantic Comedy, so I was happy^^.

Story: I like robots and I want a robot that does my homework, too. But sometimes the drama was too comedic for me. I am not a big fan of comedy dramas. I like romantic comedys but they must not be too exaggerate. And sometimes it was too much. The Drama follows a young rich Man who has an allergy which doesn‘t allows him to touch people. Although he seems to be very cold because of his illness, he has a warm heart who could break anytime.

Acting: The Acting was the best thing in this drama. I wouldn‘t have give it a 8,5/10 when it wasn‘t for the Actors. I am a big Fan of Yoo Seungho since I watched him in Warrior Baek Dongsoo, a few Years ago and he didn‘t disappoint me again. YSH is one of the best and talented young Actors and he is very experienced because of his child acting career. But he didn‘t acted in a rom-com before, so I was sceptical if he could so such a drama.
Chae Soobin is a talented young Actress who isn‘t as long as YSH in the business. But she is very good and her Acting as a robot (and a fake robot) was very nice to watch. Her Character was well written and her Acting was very strong even though she is young.
It was my second drama with Uhm Kijoon and compared to Defendant I didn‘t liked him in this one. But I think it was his role, because his character was the weakest out of the three Main Characters.
The Chemistry between YSH and CSB was very good abd I was a little sad because of the weak rating in South Korea. But after I thought a little bit about it, I think the rating should not be the most important reason to watch a drama.

Music: The Soundtrack was okay, some Songs are nice to listen to, but the Songs aren‘t in my Playlist.

I don‘t know if I will watch this again, maybe because of the Acting...

Watch this if you need a heart massage

This show is a warm embrace. Watching this is like entering a snug sleeping bag. It's just so cozy, and aside from a brief rough patch, the central relationship is so wholesome. Male lead gets some genuinely great character development. It's quite consistent in its quality too.

I like how important the side characters were, and remained. They don't get unceremoniously sidelined in favor of the leads like so many other shows. They stayed very relevant throughout.

I'm a bit baffled seeing that this kdrama was such a massive commercial failure back when it came out. We're talking disastrous ratings here—last in its time slot, not even ranked on Nielsen ratings so low it was—which is strange because on the technical side it's a lot more interesting than most of them. The CGI was surprisingly good too for network TV. I think it has to do with the way it was released. It's a great binge watch but I'm not convinced it's structured in a way that could sustain the attention of people watching on a weekly basis because nothing much happens. It's good fluff, but just fluff ultimately.

This is the drama where i first stumbled at Yoo seung ho, then after remember, until i became so addicted that I've literally watched all his series.
though my favorite among his series is Beak dong soo ,this one is cute and it makes you feel in love again.
I must admit the concept is nothing new..but who the hell cares nit's in the acting!
the part when i cried the most is when he finally admits his feelings towards AJI 3.
and the OSTs.. there's this LSS.
Overall , It's a cute story especially those who wants to fall in love again.. i hope there would be more series of Yoo seung ho and cha soo bin soon.

Unbelievable but super adorable

Objectively, this is pretty much the perfect rom-com formula. It had a lot of hilarious scenes, the chemistry and acting of the two leads was amazing, an I also liked that the business and antagonist plotlines weren't taken too seriously — there was a lot of comic relief in their scenes and the entire tone of the story was really consistent. This drama was like the perfect mix of every possible good coincidence and trope you could think of, but it was smart enough to call itself out on it in a really witty and humorous way.

However, I did find myself unable to completely immerse myself in the drama throughout it; the plot points were sometimes just so outlandish that even I couldn't suspend my disbelief or overlook the plot holes, such as when it came to the human allergy premise.

Even with that, I thought the acting of the two leads was undoubtedly the best part of this drama — they really brought the story to life, had great comedic timing, and just were so adorable together in all of their fluffy scenes.

I actually enjoyed this one, aside some cliché moves and parts of the story, it was quite charming and fun.
They talked about a subject that is quite often seen in the sci fi dramas (feelings between a human and a robot) but in a very light kind of way.

The more serious part in this drama was the male lead’s "illness", where he is afraid to touch other people due to a childhood trauma but still, our brain is a complicated thing so it's quite refreshing to see a show portray something like this and not in a bad way.

I enjoyed both leading actors for the main couple, they are funny and cute together but also serious when the scene demands it.
There were certain things that could have been done better but even so, they did a really great job and their acting was on point.
The lead actress was great with what she was given for her part i mean, its not easy to pretend to be a robot all the time but she nailed it and was even funny sometimes with the lines she had to deliver.

I was also pleased to see that it goes on a happy note but lying can always put you in a bad spot and if people are seriously hurt, its hard to forgive that easily and friendships and even love relationships can end because of that, its hard to be human.

It is worth to watch and you will see time fly and laugh alongside these characters, it's a solid choice when you already used all your other options :D

I came across this drama without any expectation and it just blows me away! Maybe the idea of romance with a robot is not something new in the dramaland. But the story even though can be simple, it was heartwarming and give you a lot of fluffiness. You feel that your heart being squished and you end up giggling when you are watching it (that was the case with me lol). I think what makes this show is so brilliant is the acting of all the actors and actresses who were involved with the project. Their acting was superb and to the point. The chemistry between the leads also off the charts. The feelings between Min Kyuk and Ji A were shown in a beautiful way, through their subtle and direct gestures and expressions.

Really enjoyed it, so cute♡ P.s. HAPPY ENDING

STORY: the plot was really original, so refreshing to see something different. I rated the story an 8.5 because sometimes the plot was a little bit unrealistic, (but still really enjoyable). I really liked the romance, really well developed on the emotional level, also i really liked the characters growth. ACTING: really really like it, the main couple was amazing, the emotions were so real and the main couple had great chemistry. Also the stories of the single characters were well developed and rich in emotions. I cried so much, i was overwhelmed (in a good way). The couple relationship was really deep and you can feel how much they love each other. REWATCH: definitely, it's the type of drama that you store in your heart because it's rich of deep and pure emotions, it's a drama that really nourish the soul♡ hope you'll enjoy the drama as well♡ (sorry for any grammatical error, english is not my first language)

Easy to watch but I was bored

Acting was good, story didn't really speak to me. Plot was interesting at first, but got kinda boring at some point so I skipped a lot. When I like a drama I'm usually very emotionally invested in it and that's how I know it's really good. There honestly isn't much to say, ost was good. Romance scenes didn't make my heart flutter as much as they usually do, so maybe there wasn't enough connection with the actors or the romance scenes just weren't that well written.

Many said this to be easy to watch and that it sure was, episodes weren't too long but like I said earlier I was bored when watching.

STORY: The story is not really unique but I like how it progressed and if you are looking for something light-hearted with a little comedy and lots and lots of fluff this show is for you!
CAST: Yoo Seung Ho?! I will watch anything that has Yoo Seung Ho in it!!! I also love Chae So Bin in this drama I must say they have a great chemistry that makes the drama more enjoyable to watch
MUSIC: I also loved the OST in this series especially "Know Me", "Words of your heart" and "I love you with all my heart"
REWATCH VALUE: TBH, I would probably watch this if I wanted to get those light-hearted fluffly feelings after watching a very heavy drama.

This drama was SO GOOD! It's funny it's cute and made my heart feel so much emotion! I honestly wish that Kdrama would reduce the conflict scenes (the office talk if you know what I mean) and focus more on the growth of the two main characters instead? So there would be more romance OH MY THAT DEFINITELY WOULD BE SO AWESOME!

MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILER AFTER THIS!

By the way, I think Min Kyu's disease was a little weird. So when the first time Ji-Ah touched him, his illness recurred but then when he touched her and thought that she was a robot nothing happened?! Even though at that time he hadn't has any feelings for her yet, and the fact that the filmmaker decided to cure his illness by "having someone special/connecting whatever" I was like WTH?!?!! I think it would be better if they just made Ji-Ah special from the beginning and that's why his illness didn't recur when he touched her instead of him having some connections with her (is that make sense?)

Nevertheless, highly recommended cause IT'S SO CUTE!

Storywise, there was no complicated drama nor intricate conflict. I can say that the story was extremely predictable, if not questionable. The differentiating factor of this drama was on the actors. The way they portray the characters was natural. It seems as if they were born as the characters. That’s how real their acting was. The chemistry was real. Their bond makes amend for some missing parts nearing the end of the series. The jokes and witty dialogues between the characters also make this drama a solid piece worthy of scoring high in rating. The characters were played by some renowned faces in the industry.

At first, the sole reason for me watching this drama was Yoo Seung Ho. However, once I started watching I couldn’t stop. I even found myself weeping from watching the scenes. Both Yoo Seung Ho and Chae Soo Bin have successfully breathed life into Kim Min Kyu and Joo Ji Ah, respectively.

The supporting roles really support the drama. Santa Maria team is the main source for humor and fun. At some parts of the drama they might appear as genius, but it doesn’t mean that they can’t make jokes. Their jokes can be sometimes be the lamest jokes you’ve heard. In addition, I love how natural they interact with each other and convince me that they have been together for some time.

This drama will be suitable for those enjoying light entertainment with straightforward and witty dialogues. Watching this will not strain your brain, which is perfect to pick up when you are having packed schedule but still craving for all rounded entertainment.

The dissatisfaction from me was the “empty” feeling at the last few episodes when all problems had been resolved and explanations had been given. It is rather hard for me to put it in words. I just feel that the drama lost its touch in the last moments. Their witty dialogues and the characters silly fight are absent. In addition to that, there was unsolved mystery. Who is Madam X? She is the one and only informant Kim Min-kyu trusts. I thought the answer would be given at the last episodes, but I watched until the end and I didn’t find the answer for that particular mystery. Besides the identity of Madam X which remains a mystery, I also feel like the last two episodes were rushed. Every answers were packed into an hour time frame. It sure has happy ending, but the progress towards that happy ending was too fast till the biggest mystery remains.

Despite all the emptiness I felt at the last few episodes, I found myself missing the characters so much once I had finished watching. It feels like I was left alone after attending a loud party. That is how heartwarming this drama was. The characters felt so close. The acting made the characters alive and lovable. This drama is still high on my list of favourite romantic comedy Korean drama.

This one caught me off guard; I started watching it as a fan of the main actor but having little expectations because the previews were lackluster.

I was ready to cringe all throughout the show but I was so wrong, and it continued to prove me wrong episode after episode (except the last two).

When watching this show the initial perception was that it is such a weird concept (which it is) but it hides so many layers of social commentary and HEART. I rarely cry on romantic stories but this hit me so much that I ended up sobbing even without the subtititles. I appreciate the humor too (and all those times it made me laugh out loud in public), but that is not what the show is all about. The longer you watch, the deeper it gets and the more it breaks and completes you.

I'd like to think that I came out a better person after this, if not at least a little happier.
