This short web film was much better than what I was expecting! There is also a very interesting plot twist, which leaves you to wanting more of the story. Besides, the story was much different and unique than what Playlist Global comes up with. It has youthful theme with fantasy and romance.
At the beginning, you will find yourself getting confused but it all starts to make perfect sense and the story comes all together in the mid-way.

In terms of acting, the acting was done nicely by the actors. There's not much characters in the short film but the actors did really great with their given roles!

For music, it was pretty mellow and it complimented the scenes really well.

Therefore, this web film is pretty worth watching! I recommend it if you're looking for something short and heart-warming!

A little fantasy time-travel story

So this is how it went… it's a little movie of just 28 minutes. Nothing special or amazing here. But this isn't bad either…… Wasn't expecting much as it's so short and then it's not appreciated so much by others too… started watching it with no expectations and it just went medium like that… I loved the twist in middle. Was not expecting something like that would happen at all. I bet no one else could guess that too lol… I had a slight confusion in the beginning with a dialogue and I thought that's just a small error. But who expected it's actually well planned…

This is good in terms of the time-travel theme cause so far at least I haven't seen a concept like that. Ending could have been better maybe (or what I was wishing for lol). Some people may not get this kind of ending tbh. So, it ended little confusingly… a thing that I can't help but notice was that girl's hand in the ending scene. Her hand was so red. Was it because she was nervous in acting or they made it look like that intentionally…

This story could be expanded I guess. This could form the base story for a long 2 hour movie. Maybe there's something like that already. No idea about that…

To conclude ~ Not bad. Give it a try if you're bored or in a mood for a small high school short film… Also, it's available in YouTube already with English Subtitles…

Like all Korean movies, the ending always leaves the audience wanting a sequel. I need to know what happens next!

The storyline is quite interesting, a really cool plot twist. About an 18-year-old female high school student that meets a strange man claiming to be her son from the future. He helps her with her crush but as the film goes on we know that he is something more than her son.

The cast did a great job playing their character, it's a shame that they are not well known so we don't know their names. Hopefully they take on more dramas so we can see more of them!

Music is good. I feel like all Playlist Global dramas use the same instrumentals though????????

Definitely would rewatch. Really cute uplifting drama!!

Love Buzz is a cute, short special, kind of like a movie.

The story is lovely, with the romance quite good. Sure, the movie started a bit oddly, with the lead presenting himself as the son of the girl. But the twist towards the ending was really good and unpredictable. However, and this is the sole reason why I took some points off this one, the ending was wide open. Maybe there will be a second "season" (?). Else, that ending can not possibly be justified, as it was not satisfying enough.

Still, the movie managed to explain the fantasy part quite well and they pulld off a nice love story in a very short time line. In addition, the performances were very good.

So, seven out of ten.

This short film has really unique storyline it's really a must watch short film which is filled of emotions imagine how it will feel if any stranger comes to you at young age of yourself and claims to be your son what will be your reaction? I don't know from where they got such an unique idea the storyline will keep you engaged and at end you will want to know more about what happened next? The acting of all the actors is really amazing and music compliments to the scene. Overall you will definitely love this movie and will want sequel or part 2

“You said you wanted to turn back the time”

‘Love Buzz’ is one of those short films you happen to come across once every blue moon that makes you want to scratch your head in confusion—not because there is anything inherently wrong with the plot but because it’s baffling how a plot like this only received the green light for a 29 minute film.

☞ PLOT

‘Love Buzz’ starts off with a wacky premise. A boy travels back in time to help his ‘mom’ meet his ‘dad’ and eventually fall in love. I was a bit worried when I started this but as the film goes on the plot started to unravel. I was very much reminded of the 2019 Taiwanese drama ‘Someday or One Day’ and the 2019 Korean drama ‘Tomorrow with You’ as I watched this. I’m trying to make this as spoiler free as possible so I won’t dive into the details but it definitely is reminiscent of those dramas. Despite its short length, it does a good job of mixing the time travel element with the romance and comedy. The only true compliant I have about the plot is that I wish it was longer because it was rushed in the last 10 minutes. I’m surprised that ‘Love Buzz’ did not get a sequel or, at the very least, a 12-16 full length follow up. If an A List all star cast was included in this film than it definitely would have garnered more attention. The plot is solid but the time constraint makes it hard for it to actually flourish. Still, this was one of the better paced short films I have seen.

☞ CAST
No complaints from me. Choi Ji Hui had a certain charm that made Ji Woo captivating. Lee Han Ik as Woo Jin was just as captivating, as was Bae In Hyuk (it was fun seeing his earlier works since I last saw him in My Roommate is a Gumiho).

☞ PRODUCTION
I did have a problem with the editing. There was a lot of quick cuts and cut aways which I was not a fan of. Surprisingly, despite the weird editing the pacing and plot was cohesive. If the editing was sharper I would have given this a higher score

☞ OVERALL
‘Love Buzz’ was a solid short film that i immensely enjoyed. I’m kind of bitter there was never a follow up sequel or a full length drama because there is still so much to explore plot wise. If you have 30 minutes free and want to watch a cute, heartwarming, and funny time travel film than check this out! I’ll probably end up rewatching this fairly soon just to see if I missed anything the first time around

☞ 8.5/10 ★’s

It's not too often I wish something to be LONGER!

At just over 28 minutes, this web drama is very cute and sweet. I liked all of the actors. I love the SML and that's what brought me here, but the leads were so cute together, which kind of creeped me out initially, but then once everything was explained, I was like, "Oh, yeah, that makes sense!"

SPOILER!SPOILER!SPOILER!
Bottom line, he's not her son from the future, he's her husband. He is dying and he wants to save her the pain of going through losing him, so he tries to fix her up with someone else. But fate or destiny is not to be trifled with, you will meet the person you are supposed to be with.

They never explained how he could come from the future, but I guess that doesn't really matter. I would like to think that they were able to change something so that he doesn't die, but who knows?
END OF SPOILER.

Cute, quick movie.

Easy to follow time travel story: short and sweet

A short film with an interesting and quite original script for a youth romance.

Given the short length of the movie and the likely low budget, I'm rather impressed with the production and how well the crew managed to convey the story. The acting was suitable (even if not exceptional) and the plot was well paced and simple to follow (which is not always a given with time travel concept).

I would recommend this to people who liked to watch series like Proposal Daisakusen (or Operation proposal its Korean remake), or liked to read manga such as "Analog Drop" or "SOS Love" (also called in Japanese "Konna Mirai wa kittenai").

Nice little RomCom That Kept Me Wondering

I came for Bae In Hyuk, and got to see just a little bit to little of Bae In Hyuk yet still got to see a really nice short film. It was just so cute, interesting and well left me wanting more, a lot more while still managing to show me a decent story with all the parts one would need, just squished in to short period of time.

I do however have a lot of questions in my mind that could definitely make way for a whole drama. However I guess I will just have to try to answer those in my mind. There is also a lot that seemingly makes 0 sense in the beginning but is oddly enough explained well towards the end which is really kind of refreshing.

All in al this is defiantly a shot film I would like to recommend to all romcom lovers out there who do not mind having to fill in the blanks on their own and could use just a little bit of more fluff in their lives.

At start its a lot of confusion, like a perfect suspense, but at the last everything sorts out to reveal the truth.
But its very different to see that past can't be changed... though time paradox exist...
Cause though he attempts to separate, but its unsuccessful as she fall in love with him only ( Future boy ).

K drama are really good.... This web film must be seen.... its a good one...

very nice mini film :) - What’s meant to happen will happen no matter what!!! -

So basically dat guy from the future is her husband, he is dying & he don't want his wife to suffer ..so he decided to time travel back when they were in high school, i.e to the time she met him & as he disguised himself as her son, helps her to be with Seung Jun & he wanted to prevent the teen Ji Woo meeting the teen version of himself…he wanted to change the future as he didn't want her to suffer in the future...

Was it just me or did anyone else ship the “mother” and “son” but then realize it was wrong since they were blood related. But once we found out that that is actually Ji Woo’s husband, yelled SHIPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!! Anyone? Or is it just that my me ??

I recommend you to watch it if you have 30 minutes to spare ;)
