After watching the show progress I was getting excited when I finally got to see Tine accept Sarawat ,they went from one man Sarawat trying to win Tines heart for most of the series and you can see how much Wat loved Tine and starting to fall for Wat. After they got together all the romance and effort Wat did to win Tines heart went out the window and instead of showing two men being in a new relationship and being madly in love with one another we got two men who had a small affection for each other but didn’t even really show them as a couple besides them living together and everyone knew they where dating. It was two men who where awkward with each other and every time they where going to finally show they both of them being romantically involved they got interrupted. Now let me get this out of the way we don’t always have to see them making out or having sex to prove they are dating but the fact they “kissed twice” which technically wasn’t even a kiss and it was a one sided kiss from Wat kissing Tine to prove yo him that Wat was serious for Tine is completely ridiculous. We didn’t get a tap kiss to show affection, a kiss on the cheek or forehead, they never went on a date, no skinship like holding hands. All we got was when they cuddled twice on a sofa. One before Tine accepted Wat at his old house and two when Type Tines brother sleeping Wat and Tines bed. Right after they moved in the stupid director made Tine into a paranoid bf and not trusting Wat over his 1st love and then making Pam into a jealous friend who wanted to steal Wat from Tine. Soon after Pam broke them up tried to make things right which annoyed me cuz she knew Wat was dating Tine. After Tine went to make up with Wat we couldn’t even get them making up correctly it was so dumb how they “made up” during the concert and how they jumped 1 year later and they showed less affection to one another it was painful to watch especially because they where “supposedly dating for a year” but they just seemed like two male friends who claim they are dating. If they make a 2nd season they need to fix with the huge mistakes they did with WatTine and even the side couples who basically got put to the side until the very end of the series. Also like most people have brought up this series didn’t even feel like a bl to much yes they where open about two men liking each other but it felt like a bromance at times, hell some bromance series feel more like a bl than 2gether did with how things played out.

This is one of the hardest reviews I've ever written. I was obsessed with this series for so long and seeing it coming to an end is very sad. I watched the trailer by chance and since then I knew I would have to watch this show. When it came out, I kept thinking about it throughout the week, wishing Friday would come faster. The first 7/8 episodes were god tier for me! Everything was going smoothly, the relationship wasn't rushed, the acting was great and I was so interested in the story that I couldn't look away from the screen for one second! I honestly thought this would be my first 10-star BL.
Unfortunately, the last few episodes weren't all that great and I saw the amazing potential of this drama being wasted in clichés (so many trust issues...), weird editing (I can't deal with all those saliva-cough-swalling-breathing sounds, I'm sorry) and simply... uninteresting.
The plot in the last 4 episodes was a bit pathetic, if I'm being honest. I don't want to spoil anyone but it was SO repetitive and predictable. The couple felt more like a couple before they became a couple (see what I did there? ;)), which made me really sad. I wasn't expecting any explicit scenes (that's not even why I watch BL shows) but I was expecting a little more intimacy.
The acting was good for the most part. Win surprised me with his crying scenes and Bright is just a pleasure to look at (although his angsty expression could make less appearances).
I was interested in the side couples but, just like the main couple, their stories seemed to have ended up no where. Drake... your eyebrows distracted me big time (I love you, I'm sorry).
The friendship in this drama didn't satisfy me one bit. The friends seemed to have disappeared after a few episodes, similar to other characters such as Green. Some of my favorite dialogues included Tine's friends so I was a bit disappointed.
Honestly, if I could describe this show in a word it would be Potentially-Amazing-But-Ultimately-Disappointing (is that more than one word...?). But I couldn't give it less than 8.5stars because of the thrilling first few episodes.
It's still a quick and light drama to watch for those who have some free time. But I was truly wishing this was more than that... oh well, maybe if we get a second season!

The series started out good with good chemistry witH in the actors. The directing was horrible and editing just not up to standard. The music was definitely good Scrub saved the show literally. The comedy was good. The plot was weak. Especially how they change for worst from the book. If I was the author I will be disappointed.

Bright acting not so good. U can just watch him for his handsome face. Win acting was acceptable for a rookie. I can see his acting improving as the story progresses. How ever I really hated that Tine character change a lot from a confident and cheerful boy to a winy 5 year old in the last 2 episodes. As for their chemistry as a couple I don’t see it. They don’t act like a couple just a couple of bro who share a room. I m starting to think it is due to Bright acting and the directing.

Weird how they broke up and got back tgt and after that sweet love confession. All they did was hi5 each other. Not even a hug. ?

The series was okay. Abit over hype. There are better GMTV BL out there like TOL and DBK. Definitely not in my TOP 3 bl.

Story 9.0/10
This story is about Tine, a pretty boy, who asks Sarawat, a popular musician at the school, to pretend to be his boyfriend to fend off Green, Tine's stalker. The concept of this story is so cute and I found the way they executed it interesting. The story had just the right amount of comedy and romance in it, and the story also developed smoothly. In a lot of BL dramas, it feels as if the couple goes from 0-100 overnight, but this story develops at the right pace, and builds an emotional connection between the characters rather than just a physical connection.

Acting/Cast 9.5/10
Tine and Sarawat's actors did such a good job as the leads. They acted out this story flawlessly in a way that you were not even able to tell it was acting. Instead of the overacting I often see in BL's, Tine and Sarawat's actors used small actions and quirks to get their points across. With just a small shift in their expression, you can tell the emotion they were trying to get across. The way they acted felt realistic and allows the viewer to really get lost in the story. The supporting actors also did a really good job in 2gether. The supporting actors added a lot of interest and depth to the story even though they did not have their own side stories which showed how well they preformed without us having a lot of background on them.

Music 10/10
The music in 2gether was one of my favorite aspects in the show. I often skip through the music portions in dramas, but in 2gether the songs that were chosen fit the situation so well. Instead of the music being the main focus in the scenes, it felt like it added onto the scene instead making it more enjoyable overall. The audio of the music was also very good and very easy to understand and follow.

Re-watch Value 7/10 - last bit of the show was a little disappointing.
Overall 9/10

Disappointing

If this is the first bl Series you will watch it’s probably not that bad. But when you’re used to a lot higher quality stories, this will be extremely disappointing. The first few episodes before they start dating for real, is fine. I actually liked sarawat quite a lot and enjoyed the chemistry the two had. However it just doesn’t seem like they enjoyed being together and I never really felt like they had real romantic feelings for each other which is really sad. I didn’t even really want to finish the show because I just didn’t feel the chemistry at all.

The fact that this comes under a censored romance tag says everything. It seems so far fetched that they love each other cos they never do anything. Not saying they need to do bed scenes but damn like a hug or maybe making Tine seem like touching Sarawat doesn't make him hella uncomfortable.

It started off with amazing potential but it felt like they never gave the actors the option of being super intimate other than looks. It felt like Tine was uncomfortable every time Sarawat was around. I don't need loads of skinship in a drama my fav BL is sotus which more about the plot than them actually touching. But that's fine because there's another running plot point. This drama really doesn't have that as it is based on the relationship with the two so it should have really done more. They had loads of time and they really wanted it then suddenly rushed it at the end without actually changing the dynamic of their relationship that much to signal a growth or increasing development in feelings.

It will disappoint you but at the same time it's a great concept so still worth a watch as long as you don't go in with super high standards.

Well, that was… underwhelming. And I’m not talking about the lack of sex or kissing - my top OTP out of all the Thai OTPs, be they BL or het, are PeteKao, another GMMTV pairing, after all, I knew what I was getting into when I started watching this drama - but throughout its run I kept waiting for the moment when Sarawat & Tine’s chemistry would click, for that one “There it is!” moment, if you know what I mean. Alas. Even at the very end, they felt like roommates and not a couple, let alone an established one. Bright & Win - especially Win - are good actors, I just didn’t feel them as a pair.

What will stay with me is Phukong, Sarawat’s little brother. And not because I was that happy that he got his man, Mil, in the end. I’ll keep remembering him because of the 2nd best trophy he received, basically, when Mil started paying attention to him - because he lost Tine to Sarawat. Not even because he really had romantic feelings for Phukong but because he couldn’t have Tine. And he didn’t even bother denying it. I felt so bad for Phukong. He allowed himself to become the consolation price because he liked Mil so much. And that’s just sad…

This drama did have a silver lining for me: It made me want to watch My Tee because of Frank & Drake, but mainly Frank who was great as Phukong. The scene where Phukong got mad at Mil for injuring his brother, Sarawat? That was, for me personally, probably the best scene in this drama!

This is my personal opinion so don't get defensive!!!
I really liked the story in the beginning The actors had very amazing chemistry when they were fake dating But over the course it become weird to watch them. There were scenes when it felt awkward the way Sarawat's actors(bright) acted. I think Win and Bright are the perfect actors to play the characters but GMM literally ruined it They changed the whole plot of the story it felt more like a bromance then a romance. If only someone else had taken this project it would not have become a big mes which it has.
The whole truth is because of Lock down and all everyone watched it (well I did even after it became a mess) But that's it will anyone remember it sometime after in the future??

Waste of a wacky premise

The huge buzz around this series was what put it on my radar, but it was only when I learned of its wacky premise that I decided to give it a try. The first few episodes were entertaining enough, especially when Green (Gun Korawit), who starts out as the villain, turns out to be slightly more complex than I had expected.

Unfortunately, things quickly lose steam once Sarawat (Bright Vachiwarit) and Tine (Win Metawin) begin to confront their real feelings of mutual desire within the framework of their fake relationship. After Green virtually disappears from the story, the narrative tries to raise the stakes by introducing obstacles between Sarawat and Tine, but these obstacles are so lazily conceived and deployed that I found it hard to care.

It doesn't help that Bright and Win, while both very attractive, aren't able to simulate convincing romantic chemistry. At best, they come across as being good enough friends that their sharing the same bed isn't weird. Bright's performance is particularly disappointing because he has already had years of acting experience before landing this role. I understand that the character of Sarawat is supposed to be aloof, but Bright tends to play him as dead-eyed and bored (and, therefore, boring). Despite being a rookie, Win manages to outshine him, especially in the more melodramatic moments.

The plot lines involving the other characters are similarly flawed, but I ended up finding them much more interesting.

This is the first BL series that I've ever watched, and getting through it has made me realize that I need to adjust my standards downward quite a bit. It has a lot of cute, fun moments that indicate where the show might have gone but doesn't. With the exception of the ending, it isn't completely terrible and I understand why people find it entertaining.

2Gether Could've Been So Much More

This had a cute story at the beginning, with some really adorable moments sprinkled in there between our two main actors. Though the side actors are actually the highlights of this show (like Mike as Man for example), without them it would've been a total disaster. Especially the actor who plays Green, he's hilarious and super adorable what an icon! I want to see him in more stuff because I love him so much! However, even with the side characters the story dragged on wayyyy too long and should've sped up some at the beginning. Every romance has to have buildup, but too much buildup can create a problem with the payoff and I feel like that's what happened with this series. There just wasn't much between the two mains for me to fully buy them as a couple. They just seemed like friends who were roomates that kissed twice unexpectedly. Maybe the actors were uncomfortable with it? But then again you're actors lol get over it! Though I did find Tine's character to be super adorable (his outfits too were so cute!) even if he was thick-headed in the show. The side-couples were meh too in this because nothing much happens with them, though I kinda started to get into Man/Type's relationship by the end. It was just introduced too late properly and rushed, the two actors have great chemistry though I can tell! Better than the leads even.

I would say watch the first half of the series until the note and bottle scene happens. Then dip out because once they (Sarawat/Tine) move into that apartment it's a rapid decline after all that goes down, though the condom bouquet was a nice touch lmao, the moving in montage was adorable and I liked Tine coming out to his brother. Also I will rewatch strictly for some of the really funny scenes, including all of the Green scenes, though again parts of the main plot I did really like. Also also I really liked the music in this series, a lot more than I usually do in BL's! The intro I never skipped and it introduced me to SCRUBB who I know love.

Update: The sequel series fixed pretty much all of the problems I had with this first season! Yay! Definitely give that one as much love as this one has gotten!

Story - story wise, it wasn't very original! A super handsome campus heartthrob fell in love with a shy, insecure guy since high school. I mean , hello? 2moons??? Despite that, I still gave this series a try. The plot was ok from episodes 1-7. After that, everything seems super rushed and the transitions between one scene to another were extremely messy. I really hate that Tine who used to be very vocal about what he felt on episode 7 suddenly became quiet and secretive in Episode 12 and the Sarawat who used to be very proud and out about his live for Tine didn't do enough to win his man back in episode 13. A song and a high five? Great! The finale was just horrible!! Tine and Wat were sweeter when they were still faking their relationship! Not a single kiss on the forehead?? A hug?? A lean on the shoulder?? A peck on the finale??!! They gave us a freaking high five, instead! Like WTF was that?? I also don't like the idea of demonizing women just to add drama and flavor to the series.

Actors - If it weren't for Win's acting and Bright's VISUALS, this series would've been snubbed instantly! Win delivered! Bright's acting however, I was cringing! He's been in the industry for 6 years and I haven't felt anything during the scene when Tine was taken by Mil to the hospital.

Music - Aside from seeing Win's acting, I really enjoyed how thus series perfectly matched every Scrubb's songs to scenes.

Overall - This series was waaaay too overhyped! I'd rather watch Sotus, TharnType the series, He's coming to me, and Dark Blue Kiss anytime.

This series may have been one of the best, but they ruined it. It was most likely to be successful because of the actors' appearance and the lockdown. For me, the show could have stopped at episode eleven, or better yet when they moved. When they went to live together, more than boyfriends they seemed best friends. Then not to mention the fact that I miss a kiss after they get together and even worse a five when they get back together. For me there was more chemistry when they flitervan before getting together. Then they understand that they don't want to show sex scenes, but look at sotus without them and you can see a nice chemistry what is missing in this series. Then why transform Pam into one who wants to destroy the relationship when he supports them in the book. Then since Pam appears in the Sarawat series, he has no interest in Tine. They destroyed an entire story in a few episodes.
