Can anyone say some dramas (i do not care about the country) where people are in a corection center/prison/jail?

I saw Prison Playbook,  Maundy Thursday, Miracle in Cell no. 7, Harmony and Flower of the Prison. I know about The Prison, anything else?

Have you seen Bad guys?   That's an amazing drama

Defendant, Cross. 46 billion years of love (a movie). Maybe Youth (2014 KBS special), but only temporarily and it's more like a consequence + framinig device than a setting.

Are you interested only in dramas set in prison, or will odd episodes with imprisoned main characters will do, too? Because there's many of those, but I don't know if that's what you're looking for.

I tried it and I want to continue it. Thank you for reminding me about it.

random episodes then, off the top of my head:

- Whisper - female lead's father is put unjustly  in jail through a first half of a drama; two of main characters end up there eventually (but that's only a glimpse in a finale)

- Golden Empire, ep 2 (and possibly the very  ending of ep 1) - escape scheme

- Money Flower, ep 1 - MC takes a fall for someone else (twice)

- W, ep 4.

- Blade and Petal, ep 4 - the drama itself is peculiar in many ways, but what happens that episode tops the rest of what I saw of it so far. It begins and ends with a cliffhanger. MC is thrown in jail with a death sentence. While it's obvious that there's no way to kill off a main character as soon as episode 4, the danger is pretty dire and everyone is doing whatever is possible to exhaust all the options to get him out. So it still manages to be an edge-of-the-sit, emotional ride despite the expected outcome.

Will come back if I think of more.

Thank you so much. :)

Defendant is by far the best I have seen.

Legendary Witch - I haven't seen it (so idk if they'll have any prison scenes) but I remember that the synopsis had something to do with ex-prisoners

Hi, I stumbled upon a list that may interest you: https://mydramalist.com/list/q1XzdKm3 . Sympathy for Lady Vengance could fit there, too.

Cross, Prison School. I recommand them.

1. Prison Playbook.

2. Defendant

It does. The prison scenes made up a good portion of the story.

Secret (2013) also had scenes in prison.
