My first drama was "I love my younger sister" in 2007. I have no idea why I watched it... I did have a preference of anime > dramas though... now it's the other way around haha!

It's about twins, girl and a boy, who fall in love despite the fact that they're siblings. I didn't watch it all, actually, because I wasn't into dramas and pref anime, but now I wanna go back and watch it actually... I also just realised that it's not a drama and a movie so... I don't know if it counts! haha
I was a member of an italian anime&manga forum, there's also a streaming section and one day I found there was also a drama... GTO - Live action... even if I haven't watched the anime or read the manga I decided to watch it and I really liked it (I re-watched it a few times)... after more than 1 year, I found my second j-drama: Hana Yori Dango... I already knew the story and it made me like it even more, while looking for some pictures on internet I found one with all the actors of all the drama versions... when I seen a blonde guy with a cute face I immediately thought "Between them, he seems the perfect Hanazawa Rui!" (my favourite character :P ), so... here are come my first k-drama: Boys Before Flower and my first t-drama: Meteor Garden! :D

I still haven't watched Chinese Mainland or Hong Kong dramas so I can't say nothing, only that my first chinese Mainland drama it'll surely be a version (the 4th) of Hana Yori Dango! :D
I believe it was Hana Yori Dango.
