probably Journey to the West (HK drama) watched when I was a kid so I don't remember about it now :/ 

the first one that got me into k-dramas was A Thousand Days Promise

When i was young i was always watching jackie chan .I loved the drunken master. But with watching boys over flowers and meteor garden ,i was hooked. 

Secret Garden, thought it was pretty funny and different from what I saw on TV.

1st asian drama was 1 Litre of Tears. 

For K-drama Autumn in my heart. C-drama idk and TW Love Contract

1st asian movie Ring.

Meteor Garden started it all for me! The anime Boys Over Flowers is really to blame.

The Good Old Days. Ages ago. 1996. Hahaha.

The first Asian drama I ever watched was the Korean drama My Lovely Girl. 

When I had free time to do whatever in school I'd go on YouTube and I ended up stumbling upon that drama one day and thought it looked interesting so I ended up watching it. :)

Mine was Taiwanese drama ''Hi my sweatheart'' back in 2009. Than ''Fated to love you'' Taiwanese version.  And than Korean drama ''Boys Over Flowers ''.
