かっこいい kakkoii - cool すごい sugoi - amazing 怖い kowai - scary かわいい kawaii - cute えっ?eh? - huh? what? (I use this all the time) うるさい urusai - noisy, annoying そうですか? sodesuka? - is that so? ちょっと待って chottomatte - wait a minute
Kawai- sounds so cute the way they say it Ano- It's like 'excuse me' or 'pardon' but it is cool while using Arigatou- I like saying this out loud Nande- Means 'what' Sugoi- seems like an exaggerated way when they say it Hai- Yes Daijobou- Don't worry
I like the word for hello when you answer the phone ... Mushi mushi. In Jamaican dialect this word -- mushi mushi -- can have very strong sexual connotations so every time I hear it I always burst out laughing and I even feel a little embarrassed if there's an elder is around. LOL
tabun- probably
moshikashite-perhaps
maji de- seriously?, for real?
maa ne- I guess, I dunno
yatta- all right! I did it!

To make it less awkward for you, the correct spelling (and pronunciation) is 'Moshi Moshi'(もしもし). :)

Anyway, two words/phrases I like are:
絶対 - ぜったい - zettai - absolutely
ウソばっか!- Uso bakka - only lies, completely lies. Also, just in case anyone accuses me of spelling ばか/baka wrong as well as translating it wrong: ばっか is slang for ばかり which in some contexts means only. Example: 始めたばかりだもん!(はじめたばかりだもん!) - Hajimeta bakari da mon! - I only just started!
Recently, it was -- Itadakimasu! :))
until it became a habit before eating, errrr.
I have a habit of saying, "Eh?", like how they usually express it in dramas. Other than that, these are the words which escape my lips frequently, be it at home or in public.

Nande- what
Chotto- wait (I know the correct term for this is little/ a while, but it's being used too frequently as wait)
Souka- I see
Daijyoubu- It's fine/ alright
Yosh!- I don't even know if this word actually exist in the Japanese vocabulary, but it's something like, "Yeah!"
spica wrote: oh yeah..this!! Goran no sponsor no teikyou de okurishimasu
i've been hearing this forever..and i love how it sounds..so i searched it.. :)
i don't know if it could count as an expression though

Well, I just feel like quoting that one. Made my day. Really got a good laugh out of me.

Anyway here's my favourite:

Nandemonai - like betsuni, meaning, it's nothing, forget it, etc.
Etto - the filler word, when you don't know what to say, just say it
Ohayou - means good morning, when I saw someone I always felt like shouting to them "Ohayou!"

Other words are already mentioned. :)
mmmmm.... なに? わたしも。。。! どうして (insider)
何これ!- what is this?! そうか - is that so? そうですね〜 - That's right/It is, isn't it! (I use it as more of a "trueeee" lol) えー!- What?! Huh?! ばか!- Idiot! うそうそかわうそ!KAT-TUN fans would know this haha ;) まじ? - Seriously? 頑張って! - Good luck!/Do your best! 頑張ります! - I'll do my best! I use some of these randomly without even realizing lol
うそ!(Uso!) - If I'm not wrong, it means "lie", but from what I've observed from the dramas I've watched, they use it also to say something like "no way!", "you're kidding!" or something along those lines. :)
約束/やくそく (yakusoku) - This means "promise". I'm also amused by this because it's 약속 (yagsog/yaksok) in Korean. Almost the same. :3
大丈夫ですか?(daijyoubu desu ka?) - "Are you alright?"
はい (hai) - "yes" or "okay".
判った (wakatta) - This means "I understand".
秘密/ひみつ (himitsu) - "secret". I just... like the sound of it. :))
奇麗/きれい (kirei) - pretty
ばか (baka) - idiot, fool. Some of my friends and I like using this to tease our other friends. "Baka" in my language means "cow", so they're somehow confused of what's so funny. (Yeah. We're so childish.)
凄い/すごい (sugoi) - amazing
I love: sou desu ne... (it fits everywhere perfectly haha) okaeri! (it is so sweet, I wish we had something like that in my country..Maybe because of Kimi wa Petto, this word always keeps me warm:D) itai!! (It is like oww~ auch! I love it, use it everyday)
yosh... matane.. mosh mosh...
I am so interested to learn the Japanese language in fact it became one of the reasons why I became attracted to watching Jdramas...Yoshi ^~^... well here are my favorite words.....:

Itedakimasu ~ I always mention this word before I eat food (heheh simply an influence from watching dramas and maybe it became a part of my system; my friends always look at me with a "What did you say?" expression everytime I say this.... makes me unique..)

Sugoi
~ (amazing) It sounds cute... I always hear this one too .. ^^

Wakatta ~ (I understand.. ) Sometimes when my friends will ask me something, I unconsciously reply with "Wakatta!"...hehe i have to explain it to them then..

Eh! ~ It just sound soooo cute!! <3

Kawaii ~ (cute).. I love to say this one...

doumo arigatou gozaimasu ~ (thank you very much.) .. simple becaue I always say thank you to people who makes me smile.....
