Hi, I am new to  dramas world, I didn't watch dramas before (became addicted cos of Penthouse Drama), so I really want to watch old dramas. So, can you recommend  me old dramas that you like? Please,  Happy Ending dramas only, cos  my life is already sad so I can't stand it if I have to see other people's sadness.... *gigle*

Not sure how old you consider "old" since everyone seems to have a different definition, so I went with 2014 and older:

ok, thank you so much!

You have more than 350 dramas in your watched list!

Sungkyunkwan Scandal from 2020 is a classic.

Two longer dramas with multiple couples:

My Father Is Strange (2016) four adult children live with their happily married parents, who run a small cafe). A well-known actor appears and says that he is the father's child from an earlier relationship. Contrary to the title, father isn't strange, but he does have a secret from his past.

Five Children (2017) primary romance is a widower with two young children and a divorcee with three.

 ASTER:

Jumong

A Love to Kill

Save the Last Dance for Me

My Little Bride

watching A Love to Kill now and i really like it.  Ty for it.

oh, i just read it, sorry..   Yes, I watch dramas or movies every day while waiting my store.  I have plenty of time to watch, but sometimes I don't have an idea what genre to watch, and now I like old dramas. hehe. Thanks for recommendations me the dramas.

Many older Korean dramas offer happy endings for their main characters. Some popular examples include "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" and  "Fight for My Way".These dramas feature strong female leads, heartwarming romance, and satisfying conclusions

Some of my favourite "old" kdramas/ ones I've heard are great:

- The master's sun

- Phantom/Ghost

- Dream High

- Naked Fireman (short)

- My Secret, Terrius

- Secret Garden

- Angry mom

I think I only watch rom-com with such setting:

A Gentleman's Dignity (pretty much all 4 couples around 40 except Kim Min Jong's partner around 20)

A Virtuous Business (1 couple around 50, 1 couple around 40, FL around 40, ML is younger by like ehm 8 years i kind of forget, another SFL is around 30, her partner is younger by a few years iirc)

Crash Course in Romance (main couple nearly 40)

Doctor Cha (over 40, happy ending imo since FL being free from prideful cheating husband and unfillial children)

My Husband Got a Family (main couple maybe more than 35, side couples with various ages but 1 SFL with neck full of aging line (whose partner is younger but poorer) is around 35, others under 35 except the newfound parents)

The Greatest Love (leads between 30-35, Dokgo Jin - I still remember his name, unbelievable- maybe 35?)

And maybe Return (it's not romance drama, but it's exciting and crazy with all villains around 35, with the two partner in justice over 35 i think)
