Trying to find a kdrama

A kdrama where there is a female character who does art on instagram. I think her art was about society with quite dark themes and she was very popular. She hid her identity though and I think she stopped after a couple of episodes. This may be a manhwa but I think I saw it in a kdrama. Thanks
