I'm looking for more dramas that feature a male lead (can settle for the second lead) who has either a traumatic past/incident or psychological issues. Any Asian country, and I'm even willing to stumble through raws. Also, it doesn't have to be a great drama. I don't care if you thought it was cheesy, or poorly written, I'm still willing to give it a shot!

Traumatic past/incident examples: kidnapping, abuse, abandonment, rape, etc.

psychological issues: PTSD, multiple personalities, autism, inability to feel emotionssuicidal tendencies, etc.

PS. I know its messed up, but I like my male leads to be a bit wounded and in need of healing. So please mention any dramas, movies, specials, web dramas, etc. that have similar content. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

EDIT 3/8/17: Please keep them coming guys! Several of the ones listed I have already seen/or purposely avoided because of tragic endings (I'm looking at you Moon Lovers!), but I'll definitely still give many of these a shot. Please feel free to keep sharing them, no matter how crappy the plot or obscure the drama, list it! If I don't end up watching it, someone else still may who stumbles onto this post.

Fighting! Ganbatte! Jiayou! XD
Soredemo, Ikite Yuku --- childhood trauma - excellent
ON Ijou Hanzai Sousakan Todo Hinako
Tsumi to Batsu: A Falsified Romance
Rakuen
Byakuyakou- the trauma is like, the center part of the drama :) (jap)
and I think Real (the Japanese movie with Sato takeru) has a trauma lead, although it is not very clear in the beginning. it's a strange movie though ^^
maybe ryusei no kizuna and Himizu  can fit your category, I don't remember very clearly though
and You're all surrounded too! (Edit: ah, you've already seen this, sorry sorry x) )
Rakuen
Ubai ai fuyu (I'm not sure for this one)
ON Ijou Hanzai Sousakan Todo Hinako
Thank you everyone for the recs! I've seen a few of these (freakin' loved heart to heart), please keep um coming! Its okay, if the trauma/psychological issue isn't the main focus of the drama also. Thanks!!!!!
The master's sun
Kill me Heal me
Nodame Cantabile
It's ok, that's love
Secret Garden
Golden Bride- The male lead has PTSD and can barely leave the house.

Ojakgyo Brothers- I don't want to spoil anything so this is a little vague, the male lead has a hard time connecting emotionally to his family because of something that happened in his past.
Thanks @fanitha & @Panda, but unfortunately seen those (absolutely adored Mask!). Thanks @squeakyelle, I would have never picked up these dramas otherwise, they are now on my PTW!
Sorry I didn't check your list, but this ones I think you haven't seen them yet

Weightlifting fairy
Madame Antoine
Kazoku game
Bokura ga ita
Maou
Soredemo, Ikite Yuku
The Quiz show 2

I want to watch more of these kind of dramas too but I feel like I've watched almost everything :(
Dr. Frost
Angel Eyes
Scarlet Heart
Hotel King

actually there is always a character like that in every drama hahaha
