Couple break up in the end or reunite after ages

I'm looking for a somewhat realistic ending story , where the couple break up in the end. 

or maybe break up and reunite BUT ages later.

Something like they start off great , cool chemistry. then mishaps . and then soon realize they may love each other but not compatible. mutual and understanding yet heartbreaking break up sorta. and do not patch up anytime soon. even if they patch up years later, but not right after break up. and if they remain broken and  move on with other people even better.

its also okay if they're not dating on the first place, mutual feelings never end up dating and move on with other people

any language, straight, lesbian , gay doesn't matter. and available

something like my ambulance  but more on the realistic half.  like on your wedding day or like Dilan 1990 /1991 without the cringe compilation.

emergency  couple , cunning   lady  , go back couple fit the criteria as well , but the focus is on getting back together. 

i'd be glad if you could recommend me something  like emergency couple as well but, im also looking where the reunion is not the main theme, the break up is
