ML is Under the Command of FL

So I want to watch romance dramas (from China, South Korea, Thailand, or Taiwan) where the FL has a higher position than the ML. The ML has to fall first and is the one chasing after her.

Ex: the FL is a princess and the ML is her bodyguard, or like the FL is the boss of a company and the ML is her employee, etc. All situations where the ML has to obey the FL, etc.

I got inspired from Rebirth For You, but the more I watched, the less it was like this. Though I liked the part where in order to fulfil the FL's wishes, he acted his part which included kneeling for hours outside until he was excused, just because he likes her - he's willing to suffer even if he doesn't deserve it.

You can try:-

Bloody Romance - Fantasy wuxia drama about a group of female assassins and their male servants. Take note drama made the FL with a kind heart who refused to kill unless it is necessary, most of the time she used intelligence to complete her assignments (some viewers didn't like this). They both fell in love with each other, but FL confessed to him first. ML had to kneel overnight too, but considering what happened, he should probably have kneeled for a week.... there's much angst in this drama.

Rattan - Contemporary fantasy about a plant alien FL who came back alive after many years, and the human ML who reluctantly served her, and in process fell in love with her....

The Other Half of Me and You - Contemporary fantasy drama about a gender swapped parallel world. ML did the wooing.

Rational Life, Find Yourself - Noona workplace romances, MLs chased FLs too.

Hotel del Luna - Contemporary fantasy about a afterlife hotel, FL is the hotel guardian and ML a normal human who was chosen to worked as Hotel Manager there. Can't remember who chased who first...

I watch mostly Chinese dramas, unfamiliar with Korean and Japanese dramas... Hotel del Luna is the few Korean dramas that I saw which fit your description.

I dropped Find Yourself but I'll try out Rational Life!

The others I've already watched, except for The Other Half of Me and You. Love what you recommended btw :3 I also mostly watch Chinese dramas :P

Bloody Romance is one of my favourites ^^ Hope you would enjoy the watch!

Rational Life is definitely better than Find Yourself, as it is more than just a noona romance. A rare drama with a realistic workplace and discuss some life issues, but not too heavy, still light-hearted drama

Ahhh I had The Masked Lover and Into the Ring on and off my list because I kept forgetting why I added it lol, I'll check out the first eps for both before I forget :P I've tried rewatching The Legends and it held my interest for longer than before. but I still dropped it in the end. I loved Hotel del Luna and A Korean Odyssey, especially HDL! Thankyou AH ^^

Takane no Hana San - FL is the boss of ML, and she is totally into him but is afraid to show it. Therefore she keeps criticizing him.

Masked Lover - the FL is head of a gang and the ML an undercover cop who works as her bodyguard/ personal assistant. (HOWEVER, she is really a twin temporarily replacing her comatose sister, the real gang leader.)
