FL used to bully ML, later they fall for each other. can be anything like during childhood she used to bully him. or maybe when the first met fl teases/bullies ml.

MY Forever Sunshine - kindaaaa a little opposite at first. She actually falls for him pretty early on but is quite spoiled and does things that hurt him horrible and make him absolutely hate her. So her good will ends up bullying him.

I can't think of any dramas where the FL out-and-out bullies the ML in the classic sense, but I can list some dramas with somewhat similar dynamics.

Noona romance where the FL was sort of an older sister figure to the ML and treated him like an annoying younger brother:

FL is the ML's boss who doesn't get along with him at first and makes the ML's life difficult:

Supernatural drama where the FL wants to be near the ML while he tries to get rid of her / is annoyed by her presence:

The leads were classmates and the FL manipulates or antagonizes the ML a bit before they become closer:

The FL teases / bullies the ML first, but then he teases / bullies the FL for a longer period of time:

watching this rn. i mean the entire falling for someone who molested you even if they were mentally innocent about it ( from the ml's perspective) and falling again for someone who is making your life a living hell ( from the fl's perspective) doesnt really go great with me but i like mark prin so im giving this a go. on ep 9

The Best of You in My Mind. The ML and FL were childhood frenemies. The ML describes many of his actions that are driven by his feelings for the FL as "revenge" against her because she "bullied" him when they were younger.
