Possibility to mark only certain episodes of variety shows as watched

I often don't watch variety shown from ep.1 on but only pick out certain episodes. And I suppose most people do the same. So I'd love to have the possibility to mark only certain episodes, say 2, 13, 30 etc., as watched. I haven't been able to add a lot of variety shows to my list because of this.
