Can't delete all actor or relation

I have noticed that if I try and edit the cast or a drama/movie and I want to remove the all actors or if only one actor is present and he turned down the role, I can't delete them even if I accept and go back to the page they are still there.

The same thing happens for relations.

E.g. This movie is not related to "Yes or No" movie but I can't delete the relation because of the bug.

We are still having this problem two years later. There is a relation on "Signal" 's page, however, it is not related in any way to "Signal". Nevertheless, I can't remove it.

Splash Splash LOVE also has a relation that is wrong and can't be deleted.
TV Novel: That Sun in the Sky, too.

Cain and abel japanese drama has no relation with Cain and abel korean drama. The stories are completely different in any case they both may be based on the Cain and Abel from the bible but only in that they were 2 brothers that get along and then end hating eache other. But apart from that those 2 dramas have different plots. I don't know how to erase the relation between these dramas. Please do so.
