Not sure what's happening, but it seems that these problems happen a lot when mods make changes before approving entries.

It's better to keep the former and delete the latter. 

I would just remake another page and try submitting it if I were you. I agree it should have its own page being a standalone. I was just looking for it on my PTW and couldn't find it, and saw it got deleted...
