Lee Sang Min is a South Korean singer-songwriter, producer, television personality, and former member of ROO'RA (룰라). He graduated from Yeongdeungpo Technical High School.

He made his debut in 1994 as the group's leader and rapper with their first album, "Roots of Reggae". The concept of a co-ed hip-hop and dance-pop vocal group immediately attracted many fans, and they became one of South Korea's most popular musical acts of the 1990s.

However, in 1996, several songs from their third album were accused of plagiarism and faced severe criticism from the media and the public. They went to Los Angeles and worked on their music there, but even after releasing a few more albums later on, their reputation took a hit with the plagiarism incident, and ROO'RA ultimately disbanded in early 2001.

He took on the role of producer and helped groups like DIVA and CHAKRA with their music. In 2004, he opened the first branch of "Gimme Five", a restaurant that combined drag shows, music performances, MMA matches, and various other forms of entertainment. Initially, the place was a huge success but, after refusing to bring in a gambling machine and the death of an MMA fighter, caused the restaurant to close and landed him with a massive debt of 6.9 billion Won (US$6,200,000).

He married singer-turned-actress Lee Hye Young in June 2004 but divorced less than one year later. Then, ROO'RA briefly reunited in 2009 for their ninth and final album, " A9ain".

He returned to TV with the mockumentary "The God of Music", and in June 2012, he released the project album "The God of Music - The First". Since then, he has been active as a regular member of several variety shows, and he was able to finally pay all his debt in 2024.
