I haven't watched the special yet but can someone please tell me if Type apologises to his childhood friend or…
Yes, he does. He then introduced Tharn to him. If you want to watch just that scene, just search that epi on twitter....almost entire scene was in there.
I want to see so many of my favorite scenes. Like the scene of Sarawat carrying around makeup remover so that…
It's a vietnamese trans. I found reading it in chrome is easier coz of auto translate. Even though its messed up pronouns and stuff...but still it's easier to understand then when I translate from thai to English.

Not the whole thing...only 17 chapters out of 25. It's pretty light and funny til now (except the part of some seniors beating up Sarawat constantly). The first trailer was kind of dramatized makjang version of the story. The novel fans were very upset and protested. Maybe the producers thought they need drama as there's barely any for more than half of the book(Translator hinted that drama is coming in later chapters). So this version is pretty much following the book with Sarawat and Tine storyline. In the book the other couples were Green and his boyfriend and Sarawat's friend played by Mike and his crush, who is Tine's older brother?? I'm not sure coz they and Frank and Drakes's characters are barely mentioned til now.
Finished TharnType weeks ago but haven't watch the special '4 years after' episode yet. Unpopular opinion here:…
Yes, Mew is way older than his character but I suppose most people still accepted him as Tharn because he did the character full justice. He played Tharn so well that I can't see anyone else in this role anymore. I guess sometimes you have to blur your logic to experience and enjoy some things. If you're lucky enough the story grabs you from the start and you don't even have to try that hard to put breaks on your logic. For me it only happened with TharnType but not with other shows I'm watching right now. For e.g, I had such a hard time seeing 31 year old ParkSeoJoon as a high schooler in Itaewon Class...but it was only 2 episodes so I jumped straight to 3rd. About the love scenes......all of them were pretty tame compared to the ones in TWM or MODC. Even the ones in WTD were more spicy then all of them combined here in TT.
Do mind giving us a summary of the novel since there aren't any English translations?
I've only read 17 chapters that have been translated. And so far its pretty light and feel good. The basic plot you can understand from the trailer.....to make Green back off Tine's friends suggest to him to pretend dating a guy who Green can never compete against. Only one guy like that, Sarawat. Mostly its Sarawat courting Tine by first being a jerk than by being very blunt and possessive. Tine thinks Sarawat is being an ass and messing with him but he still feels his heart fluttering every time. Then Tine finds out Sarawat has liked him since last year when they met at a concert of their favorite band, Scrubb. After that Sarawat attended every Scrubb concert to look for Tine but never saw him again. By the time he joined the university Sarawat had decided to give up....then one day Tine just barged back into his life again ...to ask him to be his pretend boyfriend. Imagine his surprise and delight that Tine was in the same uni with him.
Someone help me that has watched the special ep. Was there a shower scene in one of the trailers that was cut…
That shower scene you were asking about was actually a deleted scene of the series. I read on twitter it was shown at today's fan meeting in Bangkok along with other deleted scenes. Hopefully they'll include that in the boxset.
If this drama follows the novel than I am so excited to see Sarawat be a slave for his man, Tine!!!
I want to see so many of my favorite scenes. Like the scene of Sarawat carrying around makeup remover so that he can wipe all the makeup from Tine's face.
Really? How come? I think ep 3 has been the best so far compared to the other 2. The other 2 felt like a long…
I didn't like Art either. I liked Mew in WTD...though the series was a mess. I decided to check out TT only coz of him. Gulf was such a pleasant surprise. I"m not onTwitter, IG, etc either. I rarely go to my FB....don't even remember the password. But my phone, tab browsers are full of links to these MewGulf fans twitters. They make me smile every time I read something about them. BTW Season 2 seems a done deal. So get ready to see them get even more close to each other. They will most likely announce it tomorrow at the fan meeting.

I can't say. But blushing in someone's presence is a big hint. Then there's clips of MewGulf reaction watching the first episode. Someone slomo-ed the reaction to the last scene of epi 01. Mew got embarrassed watching the scene. Gulf on the other hand hardly blinked and started breathing fast. MewGulf fan's on twitter are very good at digging out details like that. You know what's the most popular topic last few days between MewGulf fans....Mew's dog. They want to see if Mew's dog accepts Gulf. Mew is crazy about his dog, Chopper. All the fans want Chopper to fall hard for Gulf. They are even requesting Mew's manager to bring these two together and post some evidence for the fans. The reason everyone is so excited about this is because they know Mew's dog hated his last costar, Art. They want Gulf to be accepted by Mew's baby.

Yes, actually most of them are straight. There is actually some discrimination against hiring gay actors in these series. Most recent was during casting for 2moons 2. An actor who passed last round auditions for wayo was rejected. Soon after the producers announced they only want straight people to audition. It created a huge uproar. But nothing much changed. Why do you think Mew was auditioning for such a small role like P'San. Mew's forced coming out had huge repercussions.
I know I shouldn't compare but that scene reminded me so much Tharn drinking water scene!!!! I mean, I still think…
When that scene started to slomo I was so expecting that porn music to start playing that made the scene with Mew so iconic. Only thing missing was Tutor drooling over Fight like Type was over Tharn.

The guy who likes Hwa is actually a very good support actor. Last drama I saw him in was Roop Thong. He played one of the main leads in that. A tragic gay man who fell in love with his co worker and seduced him. Then had a three way struggle with the guys mom, his fiance and the guys confusion about his sexuality. I loved him in that. He became so manipulative to stand against the mom and the fiance. Sad ending ruined it for me though.

I know you didn't mean that. I'm sorry if it came out like I didn't like the drama either. I have issues with it....a lot of them. But watching FighterTutor kind of makes up for it. Zee alone makes me forget most of the nitpicking thoughts I have after every episode. I guess I understand why Hwa was annoying for you...she comes off as a little desperate and not enough self respect....hanging on to a guy who basically ignores her most of the time. Another thing might be the actress is playing her a little loud and ott. About my original comment....I just wanted to ask about people thinking Zol is cute when @blackinperson was talking about waiting for likable female characters to appear.

Yes, Saint has improved a lot from LBC and the character is more interesting too from Pete About Fighter, I think its both. He seemed to have felt something for Tutor the first time they met and the teasing during orientation kind of made him start liking him. Maybe his asking Hwa out was nothing but gay panic. And when he found out how close Tutor and Hwa were, he was unconsciously afraid that they might get together if he breaks up with Hwa. I pity Hwa in all this. She did nothing wrong. She's having a hard time because Fighter is confused and making everything difficult for the 3 of them. I loled when she said she's had enough...you men should go and fall for each other.

Lol...Thats why I love Fighter...he's so distracting that I forget everything messy with this drama....usually. Like I can watch him wiping sweat with his jersey for an entire hour and I won't be bored.

But they are not showing any consequences to her behavior. Zon and Saifah will get together and her stand will be justified. Her brother meanwhile, is loosing his mind. Every time I see Zon having hallucinations and dreams I feel concerned for his mental health. I know we are not supposed to take all this seriously but I'm really uncomfortable watching Saifah and Zon scenes. Another thing that bothered me was those seniors pushing and manipulating Zon like that.....except for FighterTutor scenes everything else leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
The girls in the first trailer barely existed in the actual book, and they didn't even have a significant role.…
Yes it's so much better now. I started reading the book after the first trailer and was completely thrown off. The book was so feel good, no drama at all. I mean, Tine got flutters because of Sarawat in almost every chapter. Thank God they kept to the book. Not every love story needs girl drama, you know.
Where were the girls from the 1st trailer? That ex-girlfriend of Sarawat and the pretty girl in music club? Did…
They intensified the girl trouble in the last trailer and got a lot of flack from the novel fans. Even Sarawat and Tine were completely different from the book. Thankfully, the actual series seems to have followed the book. So it'll have the girls too but they won't be that troublesome...hopefully. Atleast they are not til the end of book 1....that's how far I've read.

I don't get it....Do people really think Zol is cute?? Just wanted to ask. I'm just watching FighterTutor scenes but accidentally watched a scene with Zol and I dislike her even more after this scene. She was asking permission from some random kid to make him her novel character but she never even asked her own brother???WTH. And what about the other guy Dew...did she ask his permission too?? Someone send her links to The Effect The series so she knows there are bitchy non-Fujos who can bully guys if they get paired with their crush.
