I found a few of Scrubb songs with lyrics in English. I remember seeing these videos before the series started. I thank the person who posted the links on twitter, who I think also made these to help us better understand these songs and the characters in this story.

The first one is the song that gave the book and this series it's title. Also the song Sarawat and his band were performing when Tine drugged himself to sleep in ep01.

Here's something weird. The Connect may actually be...DCNXTR pronounced De Connextor. I think the subs may have been inaccurate. In the book, when they were choosing songs to perform in their 2nd term Music Festival and Sarawat recommended this band.

I'll also update these in the playlist thread.

The difference is the drama in the book is all caused by the guys themselves and not the girls. The girls just got caught up in their insecurities. Mostly likely it'd end the same way as when Tine thought Sarawat and Earn were better matched than him and Sarawat.
Anyways, there's only 1 chapter left. This girl drama will end soon. Thankfully, the translator posts chapter almost everyday.

I could barely read through the tears when Tine finally confronted Sarawat.

I think its because Tine seems unsure of Sarawat and their feelings for each other. His jealousy last chapter kind of brought home all his fears and shook him. Then he saw Pam's IG and his little brain cooked up the rest...Sarawat being busy when Tine is needy didn't help either.
Atleast it's going to be resolved soon. Only one chapter left. The series seems like its going to balance it better. Because the other couples are coming up soon....and their conflicts will be too.

I was the same few years ago...when I first read SOTUS....it took three different translators for me to understand that character called Sun was Arthit and Echo was Kongpob. But now I can read entire books on google translate very easily. You know those 800-900 chaptered chinese novels....thats how I got used to it.
Honestly vietnamese to english is way easier to understand than thai to english on Google translate. Chinese to english is also a struggle if the language is in that poetic form.

Sarawat's Favorite bands.... I'm loving Desktop Error. I heard 3 songs by them and I saved all 3 of them in my playlist. I loved 'Escape' by Moving and Cut too.

In the book this band was also mentioned along with this song when Sarawat and his band mates were choosing songs to perform at the live event in their Uni.
Thanks to the translator who has posted links to every song mentioned in this book...I heard it, loved it and saved it. Just wanted to share it with you guys. Don't know if they'll put this in the drama.

Later, I'll make a post about Scrubb songs...basically most of Scrubb songs are important coz those songs were authors inspiration to write this story. If you read the lyrics of Scrubb songs you'll understand where Sarawat and Tine came from.

Actually, Sarawat and P'Dim the music club president are working together to block Green away from Tine. Tine had actually failed to pass the test for the club. Sarawat begged P'Dim to let him join and told him he likes Tine. Later when he found out the person chasing Tine is Green he informed it to P'Dim. Coz Sarawat already knew P'Dim and Green were a couple and were in the middle of breakup but P'Dim wants to get back together. Thats why when Green asked to join the club P'Dim allowed him in so he can keep an eye on Green. And him and Sarawat can intervene whenever Green goes after Tine.

Guys, Sarawat is not that cunning. He just seized a chance to get close to Tine when Tine himself gave him that chance. He's also pretty much straightforward about his feelings for Tine as you will see in the upcoming episodes. Also the reason he said Tine and him were friends in front of his fan club was revealed later when he asked Tine if it was OK to say he was flirting with Tine in front of others and not just Green. He knew Tine wanted to fake flirt with him only in front of Green. So he denied it because he thought Tine wanted to keep it a secret from others.
The translation I'm reading is 2 chapters away from the being finished and til now no one has said Sarawat orchestrated everything. We already had most of the reveals about Sarawat....how he felt after seeing Tine again and his reaction when he found out his name....when Tine asked to flirt with him....his fear when Tine asked to take a break, the song he wrote for Tine after their first meeting at the concert... when he didn't even know his name etc....so I don't think they are going to reveal at this time that Sarawat was stalking and manipulating Tine from the start.
That said, who knows what changes the drama creators might decide to do. They did change some things for better narrative in the 3rd episode.

So just explain how much of a dork he is....Sarawat asked Tine for a movie date. Man then had to teach him how to do skinship in a dark movie hall.....i.e. hold hands and put his arm around Tine. Yeah he had to practice his moves on Man....smh and lol.
Man was also the one who helped Sarawat research for his first time with Tine....see told you, he doesn't know anything...not even how to use Google.
I don't know if any of this is going to be in the series though.

Sarawat doesn't know anything coz he's least interested in the world around him. He didn't even know Tine's name until he got the email Tine sent him asking to meet. Sarawat is actually a total dork. He has no idea how to go about courting someone. His friend Man (played by Mike) should get the most credit for bringing these two together. Man was coaching Sarawat every step of the way. He's the one who told Sarawat to tell Tine everything he feels about him.

I'm reading a translation and that too on google translate so there might be things I'm not getting right. But til chap 23, I haven't read anything that said Sarawat sent Green after Tine at the start. That would mean Sarawat knew that Tine would come to him for help and that does not seem logical. Sarawat playing in that freshy night concert and becoming famous overnight was because his senior, who he substituted for, had an accident. Sarawat didn't even know Tine was in the same university. He did grab the chance to get close to Tine by hiding some stuff but he never lied to Tine. That's what I like about Sarawat....he always says what he feels in front of Tine. Like he wants to touch Tine, he'll say it to him...he wants to kiss Tine he say that too.....if he's jealous he'll make it known. I lost count of the times Sarawat told Tine he likes him...without any hesitation.

I haven't read anything like that. The only thing I can say is yes, Sarawat kind of manipulated the situation. He knew Green had a boyfriend and was still dating him. He also knew Green was just trying to make his bf jealous.....before he agreed to
fake dating with Tine.
Sarawat hid all this stuff from Tine to take advantage of this opportunity to get close to Tine. Later on Sarawat asks Green to keep and eye on Tine and keep others... girls and boys away from him. Don't remember him planning everything from the start.

I'm happy too actually. Not doing any fan service makes me respect them more as actors. And its kind of refreshing to see them treat this as a regular acting job.

You can't help but look at Win's lips when he's not talking....the most kissable lips I've ever seen ...so 'fully' distracting.
I noticed a few scenes of Win without it too....looked even better.
I think most of them wear lipstick in these shows now....or atleast lip gloss. I'm sure everyone in WRU is wearing it...its way too obvious. Someone should tell them there are shades available in nudes and neutrals rather than going for cherry and pink.

Yes it was product placement. And yes I agree one of the best one done yet from all the recent bls. I want to send them all a clip of this scene.
Watch and learn people....this is how you do it.

Try to watch it without subs. You notice more things when you don't have to keep looking at subs to understand. The hurt on Sarawat's face when he finds out the reason Tine joined the club. Then later the barely concealed blushing when Tine said he wanted to learn guitar because of Sarawat.
Also, I lost count of how many times Sarawat looked at Tine's lips in this episode. So that threat on their first meeting of "kiss you till you drop" is not just an empty threat, seems to be Sarawat's deepest desire.

I'm loving this running gag of Tine never succeeding in his stupid endeavors. I was just about to start getting upset when he locked Sarawat in the storage locker and the next second he himself has to jump inside to hide. And the second hand embarrassment was huge when he did his fake guitar playing. Hope he realizes truth brings him better results than schemes and lies. Also, I wish they'd show us what all Sarawat had to do to keep him close to him.
