Wait.. What? They've become friends. When? Where? What episode?
Totally. All the way. He is 100% more handsome than Botox hood face. Although I find his bystanderish character here rather unappetizing. One idiotic gullible brother and one bystanderish brother. They make an interesting pair of twins...

The Ha Wuque’s character is overbearing, annoying and somehow of a dumb ass. I do understand that he was raised in an excessively restrained closed quarter but that can’t make you that gullible and stupid. I have watched this actor in a number of dramas so far; he always has the same impenetrable hood face expression. I wonder... Is he acting or that is the way he really is?
I agree with you :) I'm completely invested in watching the show despite its flaws because just like you I LOVE…
And they are so in love that they are going to abandon their newborn twins. So they can venture out into that new world without any responsibilities and fully dedicated themselves to their inappropriate LOVE... Please...
Having watched a cut scene (yes, THAT cut scene) from episode 19, I really can't take this series serious anymore!!!This…
At this point, I really don’t know at whom that I should be mad at?... The web novel? The original novel? The director of the tv drama? The producer? The actors? It is a complete mumbo jumbo. I am so dumbfounded.
In season 1, Ning Que was protective of Sang Sang, but you can feel it's a platonic master/servant type of relationship…
The director, Yang Yang, messed the tone so horribly. The evolution of their chemistry and intimacy; which should have been mind blowing and coming of age, now just feels inappropriate and taboo. The director did not follow the beautiful tone of the novel at all. Her adaptation is rather peculiar.
It’s already episode 23 and the margin for any type of evolution is getting close to the axes.
That Botox face might have worked for Go Go Squid; however here, it is just absurd.
I am starting to question his abilities as an actor.
All the way.

I could not express it or say it better.
Even though it was less romantic; I didn’t feel that in season 1.
I wanted to see a real actor acting not some idol who got lucky with Meteor Garden...
And He should have sticked to Meteor Garden. Stick to what you know not to something that is not your forte.
Those idiots...
