Haven't watched drama quite as good as Minglan.
The best part is after you have done your 1st watch you can always start your rewatch at any episode you want. Sometimes I go to episode 30 or at episodes 40 to get all the drama 😂😂😂.
If you're thinking what's the hype, just get through the slow pacing and you will be good in the 2nd half

But I will say from episode 1 up to 20 his mother is a piss poor excuse for a Mother. There should never be a time that you are living with a man, his kids, his mother and they are treating your one and only child so badly since before he is an adult & you are still married. Serving that crazy mother in law & those wicked kids. She needed to get a damn divorce or set down rules so that her only child wouldn't be getting this type of treatment. Now her son is an adult & has to continue suffering so she can stay married to a spineless cowardly man who can't control his family.
Throw the whole man & family away. She always just stands & sits allowing them to disrespect her child.

It is a happy ending, it's just that many people liked the end & some do not. You have to really watch it & then choose if it's a happy ending or not for you. But it's really a great show so you should give it a shot.

The rumour I think is their relationship because ep 18 I think Gao told the Vice President about it & then in episodes 19 everyone was gossiping. But in episode 20 preview it showed them holding hands Infront of her co-workers Infront the hospital & the ep 21 the were still together.
Trailer for ep 19&20 just makes me 🙄😤. Her ex is trash and his little girlfriend is just a dumb little thing. All that big talk about being competent and hardworking, just to go around and take her boss job and office. Plus he is pure trash because I'm sure he knows what that little girl did to her to get that position so if he would encourage he not to play dirty tricks.
When are these dramas going to stop making women fight over men.
I want to see a drama where women who are demoted wrongfully. Fuck these big cooperations up, over these back door deals and people with less qualifications and experience swoop in a take their jobs. Even if she can't work there no more at least expose them.
The older sister is trash and she is just plain dumb.
How can you be a decent big sister and stayed in your room and hear people attacking your younger sister for your mistake and not come out. Then even knowing about the video & other harassment that she is going through you still don't protect her.
