I'm pretty sure number 5 would never happen, given what the King has said about protecting the FL and also how much he adores her.

Scenario 4 is what I have been hoping for. However, I think ML will end up dying, possibly in attempt to save the FL and then the grand prince would ascend the throne. This would be a fitting ending since that was what the late king wanted. If this were to happen, then i slightly mkre happier ending would be that the FL is exiled but pregnant with the King's child (but nobody knows this) and she lives in a village with her maid, raising her son. She teaches him Baduk and while doing this she tells him stories about his father.

I feel the same. He truly carries himself like a king, from the way he talks to the way he walks 😏. I thought his acting was remarkable from episode one and it was what draw me to the show and kept me wanting more.
