I agree. I just think that Koreans do not know how to handle this sensitive topic because their society has become a very shallow one (the cosmetic industry is rampant and they even encourage high schoolers to undergo surgeries).

This is not the first drama that tried to approach this subject and failed. "Birth of a Beauty" and "Mask" come to my mind as well.
