Give it some time. You'll be throwing things at judge mama.
I'm already sick of Jinu's mother toxic behavior that keeps getting worse now I have to deal with Judge Mom? I'm gonna go mad. They need psychiatric asap. None of their behavior is sane.
I hate deadbeat fathers! The guy retired at the age of 32 and is jobless for 38 years? Who gives him the right to continuously hate and blame his middle daughter when he can't do anything on his own? He pretends to be mad out of some weird sense of entitlement yet can't keep up the act when it's needed. I'm only (11-12) episodes in but I think I'll SKIP every scene he is in. I can't stand him.
I actually been wanting to watch this for a while now but been putting it off since forever. I've seen the anime and I heard that the anime had a different ending than the manga so I wonder which of the endings did the drama take. I might give it a shot after this article.
Unrelated to drama but I'm wondering if you watch anime? You said you have a hard time concentrating on something for too long so if you aren't into anime, I would recommend to give them a try as they are only 20 minutes the episodes.
Kingdom s2 My Holo Round Six The King: The Eternal Monarch The Cursed The Silent Sea
I'm glad there are more dramas in Netflix. Usually the production of Netflix dramas are higher than most drama so it's nice to see K-Drama are improving. We just need more creative writers.
I just hope that they dont make shows seasonal. I like kdramas the most because they have a beginning, middle,…
Agreed but shows like Arthdal deserves more than one season because the story is open for more options. It have a world building and few episode does it disservice. However, shows that are just typical romance should be one season and no more.
3 episodes in and I'm about to rip my hair of my scalp! Seeing that mother manipulating her young daughter is killing me. The mothers in this show, in general, are a huge disgrace. I can't like any of them. The judge mother so far seem not bad but I know she is involved in why her son's did what he did so it makes me on a fence.
My actor list changes all the time. Sometimes I like an actor in one drama but lose interest in him in another drama. It's just depends on the plot + portrayal. Some actors just pick really questionable dramas. I had cases where only certain roles is enjoyable while the rest of the story makes me lose my head in frustration or boredom. So story plays a big part in my interest.
I don't have an age limit. I like/d actors like Nam Goong Min (from the 40s,), Kim Nam Gil/Kim Jaewook (from the 30s) Kwak Dong Yeon (from the 20s), Nam Da Reum (from the 10s). So the ages doesn't matter to me. Looks also don't matter too much (I'm super fond of Heo Jung Min, I just love that actor) although most of the "Not good looking" ones based on society views don't get main roles, they just get side characters so it hard to pick a drama based on an actor who get sidelined.
I'm still early in this drama (17-18 episodes) but dear lord Jesus, Woo Jae's girlfriend is the worst. Their relationship is so toxic. I feel like a relationship is healthy when it nurture, when two couples HELP each other grow. She is not helping him grow, she is destorying him.
When he wanted to tell the truth, she blocked every path of justice he was going to take out of selfishness. Instead of repenting, feeling guilty and treating Bak Ha well because she CLEARLY WRONGED HER, she threatens and fights her verbally and physically. She accepts her mother beating up her boyfriend because her mom accepted their relationship (like wtf? Who cares about the blessing? The mom still assaulted Woo Jae!!). When he wanted to leave the apartment, she would use wealth status to demean him. When he wanted to compete she, once again, demean him by looking down on his job. When he chose to live in the Inn, she came barging him, causing a scene.... SHE IS SO TOXIC!
I'm saying all that but I don't really hate her. I don't have any passionate hate so far. I just find this aspects clearly signs of toxic relationships.
Started this because I really wanted to see Kwak Dong Yeon in a leading role and he didn't disappoint. I don't know if it's just me but I don't remember the last male actor that I've watch that is this expressive without trying too hard.
Is it good? like really good? I recently more interested in long dramas because the usual ones aren't fun anymore.
Give it shot. I'm not really fond of the first two episodes (1-2/3-4)but the story does take off after that. I find the dynamics between the character the most enjoyable aspect.
I tempted to agree;as much as I love CBLS somethings missing from it slightly. Rainfall and such like show off…
I actually haven't heard Rainfall or Make It Count. I'm the type who needs to see the drama to discover the ost and they are both dramas I haven't watched. I'll check it out.
I though Cherry Blossom wasn't his best work but by last two episode of the drama, it's honestly one of my favorite OST in K-drama. I still listen to it.
Same here. I need to give it another try but the 1st episode was just awfull to me...
The first episode is the worst episode of this whole drama. You may still not like it but I would recommend watching ep 2 and maybe 3 (if you are still unsure) before deciding whether it suits your taste or not.

I also considering these as options to watch.
Rugal
Tell Me What You Saw
Hyena
Extracurricular
Move To Heaven
I just hope the first 3 are not cliche detective/revenge/law plot. The cast seems pretty great so I don't want to be disappointed.
