I was so sad when I heard the original cast wouldn’t be in the 2nd season. But instead of starting a new similar story connected to the 1st season like maybe the next class, they basically made it season 1 but with same plot, story, characters (names) with different actors which confused me (I haven’t read the books yet btw). BUT the acting in Season 2 was very Good acting, emotional I felt their pain but i can’t get over the fact it’s the same story and characters. Also these guys did have as good chemistry but I think I just prefer the first season. But it you really wanna watch it give it a try cuz it’s not bad. There’s some cute moments in it.

This is such a heart warming story, that made me feel all sorts of ways. I cried for the characters, love this movie. Tae-bong always wanted a father, much like Julien (Tae-bongs father) who wanted that father son connection which his father (it showed flashbacks of his father not having time to play with him). A message here is that family is important, and everyone needs alittle love in their life.

I do wish there was more father son moments, but this movie fully satisfied me especially the ending. Wish this could’ve been a tv series , it’s that good.

I’m kinda sad about Oh Je (Moonbin) “Moment at Eighteen” he may of been a side character but his story was really something. There’s lots of one sided love in this drama. Every character had a kinda tragic back story. Especially with Hwiyoung and his abusive father. At first he seems like Mr.Perfect class president with good grades and nice attitude. I really felt bad for Oh je in the end tho, I’m glad he didn’t let the haters get the best of him tho, and his supportive friends. The scene where Hwiyoung comes in while everyone is whispering about Oh Je, one of his classmates stuck up for him. Then someone told Hwiyoung to check his phone and it reads “Oh Je has a crush of Hwiyoung”, which was kinda a cute way of saying he likes him, but was a bitch move on that girls part for outing him...may I say this... maybe it was a good thing this news came about, but it should of be on Oh je’s terms. It was a very relatable story, very realistic high school story because not every is loved back by the person they like. I feel like maybe Hwiyoung would of been a bit more supportive of Oh Je (not saying he wasn’t supportive or against him, he was a good friend to him) if he wasn’t in a tough position with the scandal at school and his abusive dad. Some people say if things were different maybe Oh Je would have a chance... idk. Also people say even tho Hwiyoung knew about it , Oh Je Should of admitted it to Hwiyoung when he was saying how “You can like whoever you want, just don’t get me involved”. Oh Je was just like “It doesn’t matter anyways it’s a personal problem”. It was a good drama I must say. Worth the watch!!!

This isn’t just a light hearted high school drama. It’s shows real life’s situations students go through. There’s self harm, lying, cheating, friendship, romance, scandals and can’t forget cheerleading. This drama really is the best, and Jung Eunji passionate performance made it even better. The drama is based on a school that goes by survival of the fittest, high grades get treated well, those who don’t are literally nothing. The character development really is amazing for everyone in this especially for Ji Soo’s character. The ending is happy, I really wish Eunjis character ended up with both guys but whatever lol

To be honest, I’ve read the whole manga series, and the storyline is a bit... how should I say this... Some of the things that happening the manga are kinda very “rapey” BUT other than that great manga. So I was nervous and excited for this live action movie.
I must say I’m a bit disappointed, it’s NOT terrible, I think this would of worked better as a Series cuz I feel they have mushed it all together into a movie (yes I know most live actions are movies). Idk I just wasn’t feeling this movie at all or the characters like how they were in the manga. Some major things in the manga were not in the movie (those who have read manga know what I’m talking about) if your a Hot Gimmick fan give the movie a shot but you most likely won’t love it. The actors weren’t bad at all if I may say that.
