Is any one else getting sick of Hong Ju having to be saved in every episode?
No not at all ...Next week the preview shows she feels indebted to him for saving her. He doesn't want her too... I believe him saving her is It's a critical part of the plot.
Why are there only 7 episodes on Viki ,when there's more than that out?
VIKI isn't missing any of the episodes shown so far on Korean TV.
WYWS is a 16 hour drama broken up in 32 - 30 min parts, which allow time for a commercial break in between. Viki is fusing the 2 parts back together before loading the drama.
Viki counts the drama : Ep 1 is 1-2 EP2 is 3-4 EP3 is 5-6 So on... The show has 6 completed episodes on viki which is 11-12 on the tv network.
Unfortunately, this feels a bit like a generic adaption of an awkward romance anime, to me. LMK was amazing in…
The whole point is that his his character is suppose to be social awkward. He's a kind person but closed off and happily living in his own world with his cat. He doesn't need relationships. His IQ maybe high but EQ is on the other end of the spectrum. She comes in (a stranger) and interrupt his life as usual and stretches them beyond his calculated life plan, so him behaving in a somewhat forced manner, may appear unnatural or uncomfortably forced, but this would be actually natural and normal for anyone with his personality type.
I deleted Netflix to add dramafever. Will it be available to watch on other sites?
This is a netflix original drama, so it won't be on any other licensed sites. You can signup for one month and cancel. It's 10 - 45 min eps. They are all uploaded at once time.
Wait is this actually happening? Where can I watch? Kissasian?
Netflix and Fuji TV but only in Japan (started Sept 22) Once the drama is completed on Fiji TV it will most likely be added to netflix global market. I don't know how many ep they show a week in japan but I am guessing it will be mid-late Nov.
I was reading recently, 8 out of 10 Korean experience sexual harassment at work, most of it goes unreported. I…
Yes! I agree with you. I am super curious about the writer of this script. I also find it refreshing we are no longer being feed a bunch of cliche characters, at least so far. The story isn't not centered around a 3rd generation lead and a poor - void of any identity 30 year old. He might have more financial security than her but he uses his brain to pay his mortgage not a trust fund. She might not have the ideal work situation but she has a sense of identity, self worth and and integrity...at work and beyond.
I REALLY love the subtle/straightforward messages in this drama already. I wondered how they could keep this story…
I was reading recently, 8 out of 10 Korean experience sexual harassment at work, most of it goes unreported. I thought the scene between her and her crush attempting to "cross the line" really interesting.
The story feels refreshingly honest. It's handing a number of taboo topics with the right balance of sincerity and humor.
It's been a long time since I've been this excited about a drama. I absolutely love the storyline and the cast. Episodes 9&10 were sooooooo good. It just keeps getting better and better!
I'm only at episode 4 but I don't like it at all should I drop it or is it going to get better?
Not every drama is worth my time... I do find sometimes it's all about pushing through the first 6 episodes, other times it is all about the timing... I started this drama 8 months ago and I just couldn't get through Ep 2...I was bored.
I suddenly decided to picked it up again from the beginning this weekend, and found myself unexpectedly sucked.... I watched all 20 ep in 3 days. It has an interesting take on the role of the press when it comes to ethical reporting. It shows how the current -generation won't stand for injustice, even when it means exposing the darkness in your own family. The romance is sweet, the friendships are touching...
Viki.com has the European licensing. In the US it is only licensed on www.Kocowa,com if you don't have a subscription for Kocowa. I know you can find it on www.Dramalike.tv
