you might like kdrama Heesu from Class 2 also, it has the same "angle" and shows true love in a very decent way

Chairman the evil one!!!! First he says - I will marry them if SR wants - and then he says - I will marry them, bc i already decided that SR is fickle and she wants to marry him. >>>> CHAIRMAN IS A PROBLEM<<<< he is not a good character at all.

HY is behaving like a Mad Hatter, issuing orders to hurt kill destroy like every day... and sure I do hope that backfires soon.... I am tired of watching psycho HY - here I insert a frustrated emoji - I want her to go down and out asap.

JH actor is sooo flat and that is sad, he is ruining the drama. He has the interesting script but cannot act. JM actress has a terrible trashy script so all her acting is wasted. Wow what an unfortunate combo.

I was ok until the scene whenJM hugs BH and thinks all those thoughts but DID NOT TELL HIM. That scene sent me off the train tracks and made me question the entire drama bc this is a consistently repeating bad dumb behavior and it is ep 86. By now, the script should have moved on from this - and it did not. .

SO IT IS EP 86 AND JM HAS NOT GROWN MUCH. THAT IS TRASH SCRIPT.

She is too dumb to really care for him.
JM is keeping critical info from her bestie and loyal teammate and the love of her life and putting him in danger... !!!!! that is soooooooooooo DUMB AND SELFISH!!!! IN EP 86!!!!!!

It is Ep 86 and still - JM is not worthy of having BH as her mate.

The sad part is that BH could die, could have permanent damage, could end up in permanent disability or amnesia, and maybe if he recovers - bc it is a drama- he will get up and tell JM that she didnt do anything wrong and not to worry.

BH was going to get hurt anyways since he isnt too smart either so he has to pay for it. THIS WAS UNAVOIDABLE. But a good script would not have JM "kill him" and then he comes back to life and tells her he loves her and she didnt do anything wrong. Actually that part makes me frustrated - also telling TP he did nothing wrong, etc. !!!!! it is TOXIC, not fun to watch, to see ppl lying like that.

JM needs to get OFF that screen asap, or the writer needs to improve her, she is a total and complete moron!!!!! really really really DUMB JANG MI WHO SWALLOWED THE SUN. .... MBC IS GOING DOWN THAT DEADLY PATH AGAIN. .... JM SCRIPT IS ***TRASH***

it is ok that JM is dumb and that BH is not super smart and that they work as a team to solve this problem. I am fine with that - but DO NOT MAKE IT OVERLY STUPID.
It could be easily fixed - just make the JM team slightly smarter, eliminate the most gross stupidities. Bc the plot is not all that bad, except the dumb. JUST DO NOT FILL THE TIME WITH STUPID DETAILS. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE THAT COULD BE SHOWN.

BUT THIS DRAMA INSISTS ON MAJOR AND FILLER STUPIDITIES FOR LIKE 100 EPISODES ALREADY and it is just getting unsufferable

One example of a small detail that really makes the drama OVERLY STUPID: All these good guys are so naive - in ep 86 "can't believe how far HY is going" --- wth how can anyone be so dumb to say that!!!!! HY did so much veeery far out stuff - and JM ppl still dont beleive it... ??? So there is like 15 mins wasted on people saying they cannot believe it... after everything that happened by ep 86!!!!!! and that makes the drama unsufferable.

JM IS INDIRECTLY A VILLAIN WITH HER STUPID HABIT TO KEEP SECRETS FROM HER TEAMMATE.
SHE KEEPS SECRETS - AND SHE KNOWS SHE SHOULDN'T
This is ok until like ... ep 30... But definitely not ok in ep 86!!!!!

JM IS JUST TOO DUMB TO LEARN, and I mean really dumb, like measurable IQ, she is definitely on the far left, lower end of the Bell curve

I just finished watching Heroes Next Door and the stark contrast between that and this is just.... making me rethink watching this..

First Man trashy parts of the plot gives me the insight into the trashiest darkest muckiest most evil parts of Korean society and belief system. Every culture has its blind evil spots and right now we are looking at one.... Maximum sexism, slavery to parents and family, straght-to-your-face LYING "out of consideration" aka out of fear for your own as# being uncomfortable and out of egotism and desire to control others and how they feel so that YOU are kept comfortable.... anything else I missed here.. ?

this is too long of a post, sorry. Thse are some serious questions I am asking myself now. DO I WANT TO WATCH THIS? There are a lot better older dramas I need to catch up with. It is fun to have a live discussion and keep solving this puzzle piece together, but is this worth it?

I looked that up, he disappeared while boating in Monaco, French Riviera... I find it hard to believe that someone can disappear in French Riviera!!! when his dad has $$$$ to pay ppl to find him.. But Chairman is not very smart and also does not seem to be into illegal stufff too much

- he is quite evil, pushing forward for what *he* wants
and this is NOT a small matter - this is his own behavior independent of his mother - he is truly a psychopath, forcing himself onto others

He also has some decency but - which side will win... ??? HY is such a great swindler, she is gonna get him again :)

Ok let's go back to The Art of War by Sun Tzu, as the most famous Asian, specifically Chinese, book on war, written over 2,500 years ago. It outlines strategies for winning battles through psychology, intelligence, and deception, arguing that the best victory is winning without fighting and keeping the war as short and painless as possible.

So I am totally against creatiing plot by carnage, that is dumb.
And I am totally against violating the laws of karma and using and harming ppl on the way to revenge.... That is dumb too. Karma is a boomerang and that using others and harming others is gonna come back and bang you down good, so there will be nobody left to do any revenge ...
Thus I am totally against creating plot by all-consuming revenge and behaving like a moth flying into the flame. What is the point of revenge if you are gonna spiritually die and karmically incurr a huuuuge debt so the ppl whom you destroyed and used are gonna all come back to haunt you.
Brainless revenge is against another warrior principle: WHEN YOU FIGHT A MONSTER, DO NOT BECOME A MONSTER.
These faulty choices are ok a little bit in the begining as character flaws BUT I expect them to be resolved asap and not last permanently!!!! Overcoming these faults is a part of character growth

Exactly. Ravenge can be done in a team, and sometimes MUST be done in a team, like here... or in Heroes Next Door... or in Judge Returns... or in Undercover Miss Hong.... etc etc etc etc etc etc

Hm there is progress - JM has a lot of evidence now and she managed to shoot HY once, and is trying again... and ... she and BH are a lot smarter and a became a pair... and even her family got a little smarter and is on the team... JH is moving along in his mommy boy phase.... so ... why are ou saying no progress... ??

HalfBrother is quite savvy and calculated and also he has a good sense of self respect, he is not gonna let her abuse him too much
min Jun on the other hand is a whiney man-child still, but a total doormat to Jin Ju, so when he grows up, he is the one to spoil her rotten with his love and devotion :)

Half Brother is more adult, more savvy and sophisticated, but he is so much colder than Mn Jun. MinJun is a caring warm man-child

I second the vote for Min Jun :) BUT WHEN HE GROWS UP :) right now he is such a whiney man-child, has almost no common sense and lack the skills to read the room

But while she is waiting for Min Ju to grow up, seems like she will have some fun with the much more sophisticated, savvy and smart Half Brother, however, he is less caring and much colder, and them pairing up to use each other is a karmic crime and both he nad she are gonna dearly pay for ruining their lives like that

Ah ... the funniest home videos ... should include team Dumber losing SR.... i was wondering why it hasnt happend earlier... the team Dumber just left SR all alone in that hospital... TP is a total brainless fool.... and the team Dumb should have found SR long time ago.

But I am tired of HY's psychosis and I want her out of there already. And her clown outfit (white ruffle around the neck, stripey khaki-gold suit and a big silver "button") reminds me of that horror movie with the clown....

The script is really dragging bc JM is still not smart enough ... still did not tell anyone who is JH's bio mom

well he is just a husband of HY and he tries to be of service to her ... and she uses him as a henchman... but ... that's not his profession, seems like :)
