I dont think she was seems an extra here.. She was given so much crying scene that's seems unnecessary in the progress of the show.

Totally agree.. Dont expect romance and focus on the story.. Although this drama didnt maximize its potential, but still it is a good one.

I literally cry on Ban Ryu and Soo Yeon scene.. I love Ban Ryu's facial expression.. It so real.

Totally agree.. I also dont know why they say PSJ is ugly.. He might not be the most handsome among the hwarangs, but he is manlier than them and I love when he smile.. And with Ah Ro's crying, I just overlook that scene and enjoy the rest of the episode..The show might not be perfect but it does not deserve all this hate..

I've known and watched Seo In Guk from his previous shows (Love Rain, Reply 1997 & Master Sun), but I'm not that into him. But after watching this show, it made me watch all his shows all over again, re-asssess and fall in love with him completely.
I've been a solid fan of Seo In Guk..

I prefer 21 year old ajusshi to be with Ji Dwi than to crying Ah Ro, who never saw his love and effort... LOL

Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo and Shopping King Louie were good, if you like light romantic comedy drama..

It's a TvN show, so I am sure that this one will be good.. Plus Seo In Guk sang its OST so I will surely watch this..

I dont think romance is the main point of this drama, but they try hard to push through the romance which doesnt help on the progress of the story. But for me it's a good drama and the actors were good. I prefer bromance here rather than the romance

Hahaha I also like SunWoo to end up with the princess especially on the character she showed in Ep.14..

I prefer the one-sided love of Hansung to SunWoo.. LOL

I agree.. I just love this drama that whatever disappointments it gave to me, I just forgive them. The main plot is actually very interesting and good, the actor/s and actresses were great, maybe the flow of story is somehow not fit and kinda lacking. But still I love watching every episode of it.

And Yes.. the bromances (SH&BR, SW&JD, SW&HS, JD&PO) and the romance between BanRyu and Soo Yeon.

I dont care who Ah Ro end up with.. But Ban Ryu and Soo Yeon MUST end up together.. I like when Ban Ryu smiles everytime he remembers their kiss.

Master Hwi Kyung Kong is supposedly to be the king, however he's been disqualified because of his polio. It was mentioned by Ah Ro's father in early episode. And also, he's Queen's brother as mentioned in recent episode. So he was part of the royal family..

I also think that he was Sun Woo's real father, however it is not yet proven/revealed. If that is true, Sun Woo is also a sacred bone and can be the king if he wishes to get the title that supposedly to be on them.

Ep 2 &3 is still the best episode so far and I still love how the story runs from episode 4-6, giving me high hopes for this drama.
Ep 9 &10 previews were good, but when the whole episodes was shown.. Seriously?? that's all?? Too much Ah Ro in the whole episode. They try to push through the romance, but I dont feel anything. It only made me hate AhRo because Ji Dwi does everything for her.
The only romance I like in this drama in Ban Ryu and Soo Ho's sister.

If I'm not mistaken, the king died during a rebellion. So the Queen hid the prince (next king) for his protection and she became Queen regent since his son (the king) was too young to rule then.But I think, the Queen became greedy through the years and didnt want to return the throne.
