I would add: Jin Bu-yeon was born on a "blessed day from the skies" - which means the ice stone can be used for "good" not just evil. I want to know what her constellation plate shows but perhaps we got the answer today - it was a BLESSED day.

So, you don't think he may be a Choi? and therefor aligned with the Queen? (or Fake Queen - we still don't know her complete backstory).

I took it to mean that she was born with the soul of Jin Seol-ran. - the creator of the ice stone. She has almost "divine" powers. Not my favorite scenario because it's akin to reincarnation (which has never been a favorite plot ) but looks like that's where they are headed.

He was willing to commit sorcery (a forbidden art) to keep her alive - that's why her feelings count to him. The irony is that Yul has already broken the rules numerous times to protect her.

I think Papa Jin is likely a Choi. Very disappointing.

My take on Jin Bu-yeon from today's show - It's becoming clearer that she truly has the soul of Jin Seol-ran.

And Holy *** - Papa Jin is the bad guy?? At one time, it was 50/50 that his surname was Choi. Now I'd say it's 90% certain.

They were still filming in June (sound-stage) but Team B (outdoor group, I believe) finished in May. I believe filming began in the summer of 2021 (based upon some IG posts). They had to begin scenes without the FL because they were switching to JSM (who was also filming a movie around that time). If they rush Part 2, then we can say good-bye to incredible cinematography, choreography (sword fights, etc)), and complicated stunts. I'm willing to wait for the complete package.

No info on part 2 schedule (Filming just began) . Most viewers here on MDL have accepted the fact that Mu-deok is the missing eldest daughter of Jin Ho-gyeong and Jin Woo-tak.
