I don't know if you got the information but first of all, the mystery of his wife's murder was solved but not that of the serial murder. here's how I understood it. Basically the reason the serial murder stopped for 7-8 years is because the murder was caught killing someone in an unrelated case (a man) and got out for good conduct at the end of the season. Meaning the serial murder will start again, so they left it open for a possibility of season 3.
As for why the disbanded I'd need to rewatch the last episode to remember so I'll have to answer that that later :P

lool yea and bromance, romance, need careful development and thats what I found there too. The characters started connecting together just as we started connecting with the characters. Yamato & Takeru were the perfect foil for each other & thats what I like bromance to be about!! ;)

Its based on a manga so it has the material. I'm sorta in anime mode I'm currently watching Gin no Saji season 2 but I wanna catch up some stuff like GoT S3 & Mushishi. You know what I found engrossing lately? this short 5-minute/ep anime call Tonari no Seki-kun (or Seki Master of Killing Time :P). I just love it.
I just finished Bokura no Yuki & I gotta say the second half got me addicted to it :P

Its puzzling but not convoluted, you follow the mystery as the lead does, and discover the things as he does. Its really good and not predictable. I love the mix of syfy & and GOOD mystery!! :D

lool the blasts is j-dorama 90s :P I googled The Lord of Flies man that sounds like one hell of a depressing story though an interesting human study. I think BnY is more about trying to manage a country with a controlling goverment though there is some of the Lord of Flies :P You didn't tell me if you've seen Kimi to Ita Mirai no Tame ni?

I'll answer here as well concerning "Bokura no Yuuki" in case you don't see it in the feeds ;)
As a show, it is well executed, though the acting isn't great (mostly johnnies at the beginning of their acting career) but serviceable. It isn't easy to watch cuz it can be pretty harsh. HOWEVER, I started looking at it with higher regard du to some comments I read on a youtube video concerning illegal immigrants and people's judgements on them. In "Bokura no Yuuki" we see those children stuck in one place, unable to move forward, the government doesn't give them enough to satisfy them, doesn't give them independence, and expect obedience. They are treated as second class citizens and have the fear of death and starvation at all time. That dorama does a great job of conveying that to us which is gives you food for thought ;)
Btw have you seen or heard of "Kimi to Ita Mirai no Tame ni"?
i really love Turkish dramas, i have watched many on youtube, sometimes i wish koreans would remake some Turkish…
With its number of episodes it might be too challenging for me :P

lool well I think that the writer has the potential to be better than this, or she brings up the idea but is too chicken to go deeper, or fails to understand the subject in the first place to explore it further. Greatest love was better in terms of understanding why the main couple love each other, it convinces me more. I'm not really a fan of hong sisters drama, but they do know how to make you believe in the main couple, make you invested in them. I've started s few dramas where the hero falls in love and I'm like "when did that happen?" Its not about how fast, but more the WHY & the HOW. In that regards I don't get WHY any of the couple in AGD are together. I'm thinking rerating it :P

So in a way it wasn't draggy & went well, but I find the story too shallow. I think the characters that developped the most individually and as a couple are Se ra & Tae San. Junk Rock & Min Sook couldve been interesting but they were ignored for the most part, Junk Rok used for comic relief & Min Sook as a Deus Ex Machina resolution to some problems, always appearing in the right moment. I never saw any development from the other characters, it felt more like fan service. The whole father-son could've been more interesting, but again was wasted and delt with on a shallow level. But let me tell you, I find their first love very selfish for not telling him he had a son, I cannot agree with that.
In the end it had potential but explore many subjuct on a shallow level. I'd give it a 6, but since it never actually felt draggy, which is a very positive thing, was brough up to 7 :P

Alright I'm ok with that :P I still have some reserve but I did acknowledge that I might be too judgemental on it since I didn't actually watch it just was told the story

Thx for the reply!! I've been in a mood for watching japanese but I'm not sure what + still waiting for my currently watching to be subbed :P
I've seen the movie "Go" a few years ago, its really interesting & fun. If you get the time west gate part was also really fun to watch and kubozuke does a really insame but lovable character ;)

Sorry i'd have to disagree. The only way to be forgiven is to confess to the authorities & get the appropriate punishment for it. Only then can someone be forgiven.

But still they show her fall in love with the guy she was forced to marry & that character was a helping hand in her rape (from what I understood from my sister who was trying to convince me to watch it) I just cannot accept that
Interesting... I honestly, from the bottom of my heart, hope that Arabic dramas never adapt Korean dramas >_<
lool true that!! They do things best when its an original story from their own ;) and I cringe sometimes when they're trying to make hollywood-like action scenes :P
Interesting article! I watched some turkish dramas and found them very good with interesting stories, but never…
Me too lol :P
Reminds me of prison break where the first 2 seasons were a master piece while the rest became weirder & weirder :P
Turkish Series start with a great idea but will milk it until it doesn't generate anything anymore. I like to know that my stories have a beginning and an end. Korean dramas might mess up big time but atleast you know there's an end :P
