This series is a long-winded, cheesy & corny yet somehow addictive. The saving grace of the show, the two leads have great chemistry to work this storyline. The storyline is simple: a cold-hearted (CH) boss falls for the simple & noble office girl who can thaw frozen hearts & lives without fail and keeps standing not matter who knocks her down. CHBoss has a complicated family story thus a extra complicated love life all the while he getting stalked by his wacko ex (WX). There are a host of other support actors who fill in blanks of forlorn love sets, but the series is focused on the CHBoss & simple girl.
A couple things about this series a) All the females act like HS kids in the office b) The men appear uncomfortable in their own skin-story c) A lot of whining, stares montages, and nothingness. All that said, it has some appeal, as long as it ends at 20 (really 16 could have nailed it) and all players get the karma they deserve. Two most irritating roles the 1) stalker, liar, WX-girlfriend is not a good actress which makes her more unlikable and just weird. 2) Simple girl is way to child-like,self-sacrificing, and naive to be in any workplace raising her almost to martyrdom - NOT!
This is an uncomplicated-cheesy story where you find yourself fast forwarding and skipping eps just to find the points of interest but it is mildly entertaining. Ok finally finished this one - sorry this ending was a no fizzle, no spark, just BAM, over. Sorry this series did not leave a positive impression at the actor, storyline or music level - the only thing I keep hearing as a bad-silly theme song - Dang, dang

Started watching after I od'ed on DTR. X on Crunchy_till they wanted $$$ thanks to Damaholics I'm hooked again. An interesting series focused on the divide of the capitalistic & good ole boy HC systems in Japan (and anywhere else)vs a community (town doctor)HC. The actors are good, each episode focuses on a specific patient issue (very realistic issues (diabetes, cancer, abuse, mental issues etc.)accompanied with a swirling heavy backstory of lustful admin & his sirene complicit in taking down his nemesis town DTR & taking over the community clinic home of a naive yet caring nurse. Not real complicated stories, yet the layering of rural community HC, Japanese culture and non-traditional Dtr methods make this an interesting series. Would I re-watch? possibly a couple episodes - If you liked Dtr X - JDrama; give this a try, you will be entertained and YET saddened that HC systems globally are merely corporations focused on bottomline & not appropriate care of society.

Believe the HONG sisters have got a hit with casting, script and story. At the heart of this not a romance, horror and drama, they were aiming at the societal fear of different, bi-polar, or PTSD. So far have enjoyed all the innuendo layered between the funny lines or scary moments. The two leads have GREAT chemistry playing off each other to keep the scenes/moments enjoyable. Thinking this series will insert something new (much like Good Doctor) into the mainstream melodramas.

Drama for mature viewers - based on content ONLY
Gem of a drama that has been overlooked.
Story: Steadfast and realistic story of modern relationships - what is marriage? what is love? love and desire ? told from three pivotal points: 30+, parents, work comrades. Compelling (writing) story-lines of loss, luggage of past, and fear of future. The dialogs and discussions between the adults was "brilliantly delivered and complimented by the camera work
Acting/Casting: Main leads were mesmerizing. Every actor was on point for dialog, body language and feels. Solid casting.
Music: simply perfect OST and songs within episodes
Overall: Almost passed this over from the poster. Dove into based on reviews. One of best dramas for 2017 (maybe 18 from what I've watched). If you are looking for a drama that has depth, breathe and clarity, WATCH THIS!

This drama is hands down SUPERIOR to anything out of 2017. The acting, direction, script were brilliant.
Story: Corruption, legal maneuvers with murder. Not a new tale, just well told modern re-enactment.
Acting: The male&female lead set the bar for the younger generations for quality acting - what it looks and feels like. All characters were well thought through and delivered. Excellent
Music: well done -
RW: When drama landscape has too much bubble-gum drama possibly. Too many more to view.

This is adult drama. If looking for riveting, just enough eps, thought-provoking, quality acting, no rom, and pure edge of seat, this must be on your list.

SLY - Yes it was...

Story: love lost, love found, creepy connections, secret adoptions and marriage via a coma. Yes, this was basically the plot.

Actors: Started this due the opening sequence - the main leads voice is deep, mature and addictive. He was my main reason for watching, simply listening to his calm, peaceful voice wading through the youthful love got my attention. The female lead had good chemistry just way to immature for this match. All the other players/actors were mediocre to blerg.

Music: Nothing memorable

ReW: No, NO, NOOOOO. Way to long for result. 32eps. Why did I watch? Sped through many, so pain reduced.

OK- MBS is competing for worst females possible! This show pulls the nails out on MiL & families from hell. 3 kids with three different baby mamas living under this alien looking pseudo-mom who is cultivating an evil plan for domination of hellhouse/mansion. All the while a middleclass wanna-be sold her youngest for bragging rights status, simultaneously snipping her mans goodies! The painful part is seeing the ever sexy-brooding YJH role as a beaten down shell of man - the male CW from 100YR. I started this series hesitantly looking at 50 ep- eek. The theme reminds me of SubPrincess- sadly it lost my interest with a cast of whinney characters & weak acting. I can only hope, does not loose me along the way while watching evil females competing for 2013WHYIGOTTABESOMEMEAN award - dang lots of competition in Kdrama land.
Look for more of my comments and thanks for reading, hope this helps!
