I know it's unrealistic but I wish Mr. Oh & Kim Dong Shik stayed at One international company and Jang Geu Rae became a full time employee. Anyway I still like how the of them ended at the same company like old time.
Though I feel sad for Chun Gwan Wung.

A realistic office drama without romance (thanks God). It is all about the workplace with the characters' everyday working life. We follow them throughout their daily work & projects, experiencing their hardship with them. In short, a slice of life in corporate setting.

I felt A LOT of frustration, disgust, anger, etc. I kept cursing, yelling at the characters, wanting to enter through the screen to slap some assholes (Mr. Ma being the worst), shake the pushover characters, etc.

Then there were times where I felt joy, excitement, etc. Plus, there were emotional scenes here and there that felt even more poignant since there were few of them. Most of these moments were toward the end. It made me cry a few times...okay I cried buckets😅
I also like the 4 newbies’ relationship. Though it would’ve been better if there were more of their friendship.

All in all, it was a great series with good plot & some lovable characters. With some life lessons. I highly recommend this drama.





P.S: Just few random thoughts I want to share😅:

-Jang Geu Rae is an adorable hardworking cinnamon roll. He looks at Oh Sang Shik as a father figure, Kim Dong Shik as an older brother.

-I like that Ahn Young Yi’s team accepted her at the end.

-Too much second hand embarrassment in episode 3 with the presentation😂

-I would have gone without the unnecessary little bit of romance (at least it was just one-sided crushes)

-The episode where Han Suk Yool lost his smile hit so hard😭 It felt so good seeing him smile again!

-Episode 13. 27:00-27:07 when Baek Ki wanted to ask his boss for soju. Then later the scene at the sauna.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

-Oh Min Suk (Kang Hae Joon) is a fine looking man🫣! Every time he appeared on the screen I was captivated. It's like everyone else became background silhouettes😅
I wonder why he doesn't have more main roles🤔 Especially since he doesn't seem to be a bad actor. I'll have to look into more of his work with more scenes to decide but he seems okay in this series.

From what I read the company contacted OnlyOneOf's agency to ask if they can keep it. So for now not sure.

Heard it was good so I watched episode 1. I don't understand why. There is ONE thing I liked: the "aerial silk" performance the woman did in the beginning.

If that was the theme of the series, with more budget, great acting, great director, a powerful love story full of passion shown through lot of different performances to show us their different emotions and how they connect with each other throughout the series...THAT would be an interesting, world winning masterpiece of a BL for 2024. (My brain wrote a whole different story with just that part and I want someone to turn it into reality for next year or 2026 or...)

Sadly it wasn't. We got a story about host bar (not interested), with okay acting (there are worse), 0 chemistry between the leads (maybe it'll improve later) and me almost wishing it was about Khemthis & his friend Japan (sorry I just watched 3 BL + read 1 BL about "Friend to lover" so I'm in the mood for that. And expecting a plot twist😂).

Plus the series is too "clean". Without any emotion or connection between the characters. But since it's only episode 1, maybe it'll change? Though I don't have too much hope. My experience tells me it'll be like that for the whole series. With empty NC scenes to attract viewers?

Anyway, a disappointment after people's reaction to it: was expecting more. I'll binge watch later to give a chance.


P.S: At 5:00 of episode 1, I was expecting and waiting Khemthis to fall down those stairs😂🤣

P.P.S: I also liked the pole aerial performance. Though it was too short

The main couple's chemistry was great, the story not bad. Unfortunately they barely had any interaction between them. A romance series with few romance scenes...😒
Maybe if it was longer the story would feel more complete?🤔

Also I like the fujoshi co-worker because she was low-key about it, just a human being. Unlike the fujoshi we see in Thai BL, always screaming😒

Anyway a potentially good series that could have been better if it was longer, so there would be more lovey-dovey. married couple scenes between the 2 leads.

That's all I remember for now. Also all these bromance are the kind I like. Meaning without any romance with woman between the guys. Romance ruins bromance for me.

**Chinese/Taiwanese. All the other are Korean. I don't remember watching bromance from other countries.

I like this series so I also hope some other company will release a remake + season 2. With better directing and acting.

P.S: I was rooting for the side couples.

Watched this movie some years ago. Wanted to re-watch today. I loved it as much as when I first saw it. It's really good. I loved the story especially Ryu Seung Min & Lee Soo Myung's friendship and bromance. I love how they helped each other.

P.S: I wish Lee Min Ki & Yeo Jin Goo will make another movie or drama together. They're such good actors!!!!! And I didn't have enough of them & friendship😞

Between the title and the poster I imagined some dreamy, supernatural atmosphere for the drama. A little disappointed it wasn't that. Though I felt the dreamy part once or twice. In the beginning. I liked this BL anyway. It was enjoyable if you don't have anything else to watch.

Unfortunately they added the love triangle plot (always hated those). Well the love triangle with the girl was okay. At least it was resolved quickly and she didn't have any cute moment with him. I especially loved how, after agreeing to stay friends, she was so supportive of him and his love for the other guy.

HOWEVER, what the point of the other love triangle????? They resolved the first one in the first half of the series, didn't know what plot to do for the second half so they did the same thing????🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 It's just lazy writing. The guy could have helped the main couple without him being in love🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Follow My Sunshine is one of my favorite V-BL alongside the movie Goodbye Mother. I love other V-BL but I don't remember the titles😅

Also I know who you're talking about. All people who watch V-BL would know him😂 It's Ba Vinh. He's an actor in O2 Production (Vietnamese's GMMTV😌) He was in so many BL with different co-star each time. My favorite one is his partner in Mr. Cinderella.

I agree with you: Pinoy BL isn't good. I only enjoyed 2-3 BL? I tried to watch some more but I couldn't. The quality isn't good.
Meanwhile I watched all of Vietnamese BL that I could find (minus one: saw its ending and I'm not ready). There are really good BL that should be more known by fans.

I watched all of O2 Production's BLs (I think of it like Vietnam's GMMTV😅)

Also I think Ba Vinh played with every male actor of O2😂 Though my favorite ship for him was Truong Minh Thao. I can't wait for their next drama.

For none O2's BL I liked Sea him and Tien bromance. They were okay. I can't remember other titles right now even though I watched some more.

As for Goodbye mother, it's one of my favorite queer movies and the best Vietnamese.

Sadly it's really difficult to find Vietnamese BL since they aren't on MDL. I don't understand why when they even have Filipino BL (Honestly I prefer Vietnamese BL to Filipino BL. The quality is better). I hope they'll add Vietnamese BL in the future,
