You could also check out fansubs if you don't mind English subs. But yes if you avoid fansubs then there's no other options currently and you'll have to continue waiting.

Would anyone here be interested in watching the raw of episode 3 as its aired on Japanese tv together? I can set up a watchparty for it if there's interest. The time of watching would be exactly the time that the MDL timer is indicating. But yeah since its Japanese tv there won't be subs so be aware of that. I do think a show like Kieta Hatsukoi is fairly easy to understand without a lot of Japanese language knowledge but leave it up to users to decide.

No the manga is not complete yet, a part of it has been translated yes.

The fansubbers post their subs here personally around a day after the episode has aired. If you pay attention to this comment section you can easily catch it.
Theres also other fansubbers around but its easiest to just catch fansubs here.

Depends, in cdrama romcoms it's not that rare to see men crossdress but it usually only happens for one scene. In kdramas it is indeed super rare.
