it took me long, about 10 months :)
My advice is that you don't use dramas to get you out of depression, use it for inspiration and some quality time AFTER you defeat the reason for your depression.
2 advices, 1- never let your job reach your heart, it's a professional matter not personal
2- no matter how down you may feel, never run away from a problem

If I was a student, I think it wouldn't affect me too, studying is super boring after all :S
but work is an entirely different matter, cuz watching dramas is not an option there :P
