Yeah that's what probably happened as shown, but I don't know it seems they are missing scenes there, like QM was looking at them smiling, so did they have a convo or not? Now it was a part of the ceremony, did ML became a part of that, or he just took FL away. Again FL is getting dressed in the palace, being helped by ML's attendants, so I kind of feel we have deleted scenes here due to time scarcity.

Totally though the episodes are 1+ hours but I think for a drama like this we could have 16 episode, because now only have 6 episodes left, and there is the whole love realization, confession, marriage, romantic scenes, past, current problems, solutions, climax, aftermath left.

What happened after the morning ceremony though? Like ML came held FL and they walked together, they ended it there, but I thought they would show something in today's episode, like a little continuation. Its seems it was suddenly cut, and we got to the dressing part really quickly. Like I felt a little lack of continuity here.

It was not a forceful sequence! He kissed her, and she allowed it, she kissed him back right then. She did not push him. She wanted that as much as he wanted.

Ohh yeah for sure, that's why I said its understandable. I just thought a private proposal first would be there in the yacht. I actually thought the yacht scene would be before the waltz sequence. The fruit eating scene was released in preview, and her ring wasn't visible, but in the vomit scene of ML, the ring was visible. That's why I thought maybe ML gave the ring to FL in the yacht, and then had a public proposal in the ceremony. But I deduced wrong, so yeah.

What I think about her sibling is, they are like they want the castle group, but that doesn't mean they want Huiju to die or something bad to happen to her. Like if she died in the accident, everything would be his, but he was angry at the man who failed her breaks, said that the punk died, today was about to console her before she burst out cursing the dead man. So yeah it seems an extended version of sibling rivalry but not more than that. Even Huiju knows that, hence she asked for help from her brother, otherwise she might have used some other means, if she distrusted her brother to that extent.
Her father on the other hand, I think he loves her because she is his daughter, but he also wants to control. Dysfunctional family but still family.

So Huiju's father, only you can be the one mean to your daughter right? You won't let others be mean to her? My God, you are weird.
But no can make me hate FL's brother and sister in law. They are too dumb and cute to be hated. I love them and their comedy.
But watching episode 6, I feel they will reunite as a family by the end, they might get the redemption.

I am a little upset because of no private proposal, but again they are not marrying for love so it kind of make sense as well. I forgive everything because of THE KISS!!!!!
Also my theory was wrong, her hand is not very clear in the fruit eating scene, if she is wearing the ring or not, so I will give them the benefit of doubt.

Okay I had to come halfway through the drama to write this but the Waltz scene, the ceremony, is one of the best written parts, and executed really well. Like I think this function would be that scene I will always remember this drama for more than any other stuff (now if they can beat this later lets see we have 6 episodes more). Now I know why Disney+ got the rights to its, for sure this is a Disney story, prince, palace, those dresses, the music, the dance, the proposal, ohh my God I felt I am a 5 year old watching the Disney princesses stories, I am awestruck.

Okay Gong Seung Yeon is so perfect here. I mean I am fascinated by her. The makers have given her ample opportunity as a complex character. She had the scope, and she aced it. Plus she is so beautiful, I am so glad this is not one of those dramas where to highlight the FL they try to minimize the visuals of other women. Both were hence able to shine. Seung Yeon stands out so much amongst everyone as a character as an actor, I am loving her.

Oh no, I meant love affair between them. Alliance can be at any point of time, they have many episodes left for that. What I meant is if PM would have been interested in QM rather than FL, that would have been excellent.

Both are contract marriages of rich leads, but while that has fantasy, this has political intrigue. It has a similar vibe maybe in terms of some character traits, but entirely different plot, situations and circumstances.

I think he is just her partner for the function. But I would have gladly accepted if there was something between them. These two together vs our leads for power/battle of the throne, would have been excellent.

Yes actually this is the first work of the screenwriter so maybe that's why. I absolutely agree. Like today we are halfway through the drama, a little insight to the backstory would be good, we are getting it, but its slow. And yes there are complaints regarding Huiju's character, but yes that's her personality, it doesn't seem to me that she would change a lot.

Ohh yeah absolutely people have been given racist comments, rude remarks, threats for saying they didn't like popular dramas or actors. Its so bad, because just because I like it, you are under no obligation to like it as well. Like discussion portals like MDL are for these things, everyone should be free to make their perspective known when he/she is spending their time on watching the drama. Actually not everyone was able to put the criticism in a good way like you did, some are just hating in disguise of criticism. But yeah even I have popular dramas I do not like as such, but yeah some people are really mean to you if you share that.
