Personally, i find ken/anne dramas annoying because i dont like the actress.... Her acting doesn't attract…
They were the best couple but she, like all the other lead actresses in this series (and not a few of the rest of the cast) just looked bored. I thought the actor playing the gay male assistant, Ken (lead actor in this story) and the actor playing his father were the only ones who were actually working. The rest just looked like they could've phoned their roles in and had mannequins standing around as them and we'd have never known the difference. I really hope the genuine actors I mentioned choose better roles in future - Ken especially is worth more than this lacklustre series.
It was first in mine - it was the only one I enjoyed watching. Mind you, I thought leadmcouple!here were the only ones with chemistry and I'm huge fan of Ken's. But the series overall was!very poor.
HIStory really stepped it up with the first and second story of season 2!! I thought after the first story it…
KimWanHee -- I was worried it wouldn't match season 1 - especially Obsessed; that was just BRILLIANT. But I was concerned for nothing - Right and Wrong was wonderful (except the younger guy's awful 'kissing' which drove me nuts) and this is even better. Hopefully there will be a season 3 because I will NEVER hate it!!
Yes, yes! Miss in Kiss earned itself a paltry 3.5 on my scale, which is in the range dictated "lame, either dropped…
Oh yeah - it was bad, it picked up a LITTLE the last couple of episodes, but it was overall......TERRIBLE. What were they thinking to follow It Started With a Kiss and They Kissed Again with this mess? I mean seriously if you're going to reboot something this good, then at least make it AS good or BETTER, *face palms*
That's like asking if a Chinese one has a sad ending.....whereas with the Chinese ones ALWAYS do, the Korean ones do mostly, though I recall one having a happy ending.... It was called 'Just Friends?'
There will not be a happy ending and I know this because it's Chinese. I don't even bother with Chinese BL now because of this. I get so angry; it's pointless. Stick with Taiwanese and Thai and, to a lesser extent, Japanese they usually end happily. Taiwanese HIStory BOTH series case in point.
Didn't end up together in the end, automatic 4 point deduction. I hate sad endings, I'm American, not European!!!…
I'm British and I HATE sad endings too, especially BL sad endings - I always expect more from Thai BL dramas as, like Taiwanese (and to a lesser extent Japanese), they usually end happily (though Grey Rainbow is why I have BL drama trust issues!)
Ok, the younger brother is getting more and more annoying, but older (taller) brother is so sweet :))
Thai_lover -- Oh thank God, I thought I was the only one feeling like that about the younger brother. He's been increasingly driving me mad. I really like Zach Lu (the Manager character) and Fandy Fan (I love that name!! The 'troublemaker' - that isn't one!) The supposed troublemaker is actually a sweetie, the 'cold' manager is actually just really upset he's lost his ability to play the sport he loves and excels at. The older brother is adorable too....but I don't like the younger sister or the little brother - they're BOTH brats.
So....basically.....a movie made to sell us expensive make up, perfume and magazines that nomadic women would never be able to get, and never really use anyway because they wouldn't see the point of any of it? *face palms*
Meh~ the anime wont the the movie might show us the "prepare tissues" ending.. Going to super market~ only 11…
ShiraYuuKii -- Why would we need tissues? Oh God, it's not going to be another Your Lie in April is it?! I cannot deal with another Your Lie in April..... :$
Really impressed with this movie. I typically avoid films like this because I dislike watching people get bullied.…
Firstly, I just wanted to say I love your picture.....as an ARMY mum, I always give a shout out to my daughter's fellow ARMYs when I can - but your profile picture is great. Jimin has the cutest smile, bless him.
On the movie - I have to say, like you, I usually avoid those about bullying; but I'm glad I made the exception with this film because it was (though tough to) a good watch.
However, I struggled to feel sorry for Gi Tae because I felt his repentance was superficial. IF he meant it at the end with DY, it was too little, too late - but I'm not convinced he did.
Whatever his home life there was no reason to treat his best friends since childhood like that. Whilst I felt for his father, it was clear his son was far from a victim and instead was the one brutallistand callously victimising others (and not just with fists). DY's final words were hurtful but understandable; sadly, he has to live with the knowledge that, actually, words DO hurt you.....fatally in some cases.
I genuinely felt the two best friends were definitely the victims (along with DY's tragic girlfriend) , not Gi Tae. My late mum would say "you reap what you sow - if you sow the wind, then expect to reap the whirlwind". Sadly Gi Tae learnt that lesson the hard way - he expected his best friend's to just continue tolet him hurt them, and those they loved, as much as he wanted with no repercussions........ Life's not like that. There's ALWAYS consequences.
