Hi! Yes, it was awesome. I almost thought there wouldn't be any for me to go. I thought if it was, it would be LA and so I was willing to go there, but then suddenly it was Mexico City and I absolutely had to go :D Hopefully in SS6 they'll include USA too.
Alice's torn looks interesting, I'm looking forward to see Ueno Juri's dark side. I'm going to watch Oguri's and Nino's dramas because I'm their fan^^. Hopefully like you said, Nino's drama "old plot" brings something new. I'm not sure about Takeru's drama... looks kind of interesting so I might give it a chance.

Exactly. Is really disappointing when dramas that deal with such themes make it seem all everything-is-fine by the end. Anyways, I think I'll watch "love shuffle" next out of your recommendations^^

lol then I'm glad I didn't have to wait at all! Btw, I liked how the story wasn't sugar coated at all, specially the brother-murderer. He didn't really redeemed himself at the end of the drama, which is really disturbing, but at the same time realistic.

Really? It must have been hard, waiting for subs! I finished it in 3 days, I got so hooked!
I almost cried at lots of the scenes, really moving.

Hi there! I just finished one of your recommended dramas, Soredemo, Ikite Yuku. WOW! It was such a powerful, intense, emotions-filled drama. It's certainly not an easy drama to watch, such a sad, realistic story, but its rawness makes it beautiful. A beautiful drama like you said. The acting is on another level too. Thanks a lot for the recommendation!^^
I think less episodes would have been better... I hated Yu Jiang's indecisiveness and Ya Yin's stupid kindness and the story just dragged on to some pretty absurd scenarios. But the bromance between the 3 guy leads was really cute. I also loved Zhou Mi's Shang Lin... I had 2nd lead syndrome cause Calvin just made me angry with so much push-and-pull.

I actually have "love shuffle" on my hard disk but I haven't watched it lol don't really know why myself, I've heard really good reviews of it. I've heard about "manhattan love story" but not about the other 3. I think I might start with "soredemo, ikite yuku" call me a masochist but I love tragedy doramas... even if I cry and cry lol
It's really painful when doramas don't have subs or the subs stop midway or near the end, right? there are a few on my ptw list that I haven't started because of that reason :( anyways, thanks for the recommendations, I will surely watch them^^
I really enjoyed this movie... except for the ending. What are we supposed to make out of it? And Zheng Wei saying to Han Geng's character that he ought to be with the girl because she risked her life for him by attempting suicide? I didn't like or understood that part. Well, but over all it's a good movie, although maybe not for everyone.
Tokyo Girl has been on my list for some time now, but I think it's time I definitely watch it!^^ Real is next...

Oh, I haven't watched "bump off lover". MaybeI should add it to my list^^
Mmm as for Japanese, I like all genres, except perhaps detective/crime ones, unless they don't follow a strict detective/crime story-line, or just if it's a very very good detective/crime story. For example, I just watched "Hard Nut" and I loved it even though it has some of the detective/crime story line, it also incorporates other interesting themes.

Oh, really? True, they are too long, so I stopped watching them years ago and then I found asian dramas, so I don't think I'll go back to novelas anymore lol Yeah, there are some good TW dramas, my favorite one being In time with you, have you watched it?
I would really appreciate it if you could recommend me some! There are so many... right now I'm sorting them out by actors, you know, watching the ones where my favorite actors are, but if you could recommend me some good ones it would be great^^
I love both the movie and the anime yet I had never thought of a k-drama version! It would be really cool if it happenned :D

Hi! Thanks!!!^^ Lol, I know, I was like "what?". Totally disappointing! I read your profile too, you go back a long way w dramas and you've watched so many!!!
Btw, I also think some TW dramas are really unrealistic [like the Mexican novelas I grew up watching lol] and prefer japanese and korean dramas, though I think I've watched more Korean than japanese, but I'm trying to change that. These last weeks I've been feeling too many korean dramas is just too much lol I need to turn to the more realistic, life-themed Japanese ones. They always have a lesson to learn^^
