that woman found a random kid and just raised him as her own instead of bringing him to the police to find out…
I know! I was so mad when she just casually apologized like it was nothing serious. If I were the parents I would definitely press charges against her or something.
I felt sympathy for the girl just in the high school part of the story...afterwards she became a sort of insufferable character with too much pride. Yeah, the guy wasn't perfect either, but it felt like she was the one placing their status differences on a higher level of importance than their love relationship. And he kept going back to her nonetheless. I really don't understand such level of devotion but that's just me xD
By the end I kind of felt like I wanted him to be with someone else so she could regret all her mistakes and all the pain she made him go through *evil*
So, yes, like you read, I really didn't sympathize with the heroine LOL.
Also, the whole movie felt rushed. And don't even get me started on the ending. Why would they delete the scenes from the MV in the movie? -.-
The cinematography was so beautiful though... ^^
Not the worst movie, but among the sea of "youth" movies that have been coming out of China lately, this one is not one that can shine among them.
Such a wonderful film. It's a film about loss and family bonds. Really touching and beautiful.
Acting impressive. I'm an Arashi fan, and I'm saying this trying not to be completely biased, but Nino's acting was excellent! He deserves his best actor award, truly.
I'm so glad you did this article. I am so in love with this drama! This drama got my attention since Odagiri Joe was announced as the lead, since I'm a big fan of his, but when I watched episode 1 I realized this was really the kind of drama I would love without a doubt! I'm in episode 5 and all I can say is everyone should watch this!!!
I really liked this movie. The tone can be a bit melodramatic at times, but you get rewarded with characters that grow through out the film [well, the main ones at least] and an overall poignant story that manages to leave you with a smile at the end. It made me want to read the novel so bad, so I guess I really enjoyed this film.
There's someone doing recaps for this drama! Even if there are no subs yet you can read the recap to understand what's happening! http://ninja-reflection.blogspot.com
I've only seen him in 'Successful Story of a bright girl' and now in "Fated to love you", in which I love how he is playing his character. After reading this article, I think I'll watch some of his movies too :D
I'm so happy an Odagiri Joe's stalkers guide was made. He is truly an amazing actor. I'm currently watching him in "River's edge..." and I love both the drama and Odagiri's acting :D
just read its descrption and i feel it is a copy of Shut Up Flower Boy so i am hesitate whether to bother watching…
This is definetely not a copy to SUFB. It deals with some of the same things but I actually thought is quite different even if the plots are similar. Is not as good as SUFB but I enjoyed it.
My Opinion On The Finale: He's a live... 1st: he can't save her without getting out of water if he just kills…
Oh dear...you just gave me hope...I'm in depression right now.. but yeah,I wondered who the guy shown when Dong Ho got out of prison was...though for a minute I thought it could be Woo Jin?? Not sure.. and I don't really recall the scene where he reads the story to Saet Byul, but you say is different setting from the ending one? I just want to believe Dong Chan ended up alive and happy! I wish they would have given us a clear ending...not this ambiguous one that's driving me crazy lol
The 1st episode was good! Lots of talented actors, starting with Nino, and the young cast, Kanata Hongo, Yamazaki Kento, Fukushi Sota... hope the next episodes are good too.

hahaha great luck that it was during your lunch hour!^^ In my time zone was around 6am so I had to set the alarm to wake up and watch it. I was so nervous at first, but when he was able to land his first jump I was sure he would make it, and he did! :) I was also clapping and screaming like mad, but only my mom could hear me [and she ignores my crazy behaviors now lol]
By the end I kind of felt like I wanted him to be with someone else so she could regret all her mistakes and all the pain she made him go through *evil*
