I don't think it's confirmed, but they say that the second season will air from late Dec to early Jan, and third season is unknown but probably a few months after the second season.

I wonder why they have to split it into three seasons even though each season only has 6 episodes? And the seasons are aired sooo far apart from one another... I wonder how that would affect the appreciation value.

Wait I thought it was 6 episodes per season, total 18 episodes

I was skeptical about Yeo Jin Goo playing Night Tenjo at the first cuz he doesn't have the sexy vibe, but after watching the latest trailers I think he's pulling it off better than I expected. He kind of reminds me of Jiro in the taiwanese version of Absolute Boyfriend. I'm getting more hyped about this :D

Thanks for your information! I feel like romance in kdramas have been a popular theme for over 20 years, and was probably the major reason why kdramas have become globally recognised. Romance appeals especially to female audiences as well, which is likely the main target demographic of kdramas, and it never gets old, so I can see why writers would keep milking something that is successful.

I just have two questions:
1) What dramas are defined as romance dramas? (Is any drama that has romance elements in it a romance drama, or does romance have to be its main theme?)
2) A potential bias in the statistics about the popularity of romance may be caused by the fact that some popular dramas that have romance but not as the main theme are being counted as romance dramas. (Like... Maybe they aren't popular or rated highly because of the romance, but because of the other genre tags.)

I'm sure that romance is truly the most popular genre and the main reason why people would prefer a drama over the other, but there is also a possibility of over-counting of the effects of the romance genre on people's preferences due to a blurred line between romance-centric and non-romance-centric dramas that happen to have romantic side elements.

I felt the same way! I remember mixing up Lee Jung Shin and Nam Joo Hyuk at first, and now Ahn Hyo Seop and Nam Joo Hyuk. They're like triplets lol

It's a really cute drama and I'm digging the romance. Kim Jae Wook is very handsome and suitable for the role and the leads have good chemistry. I like it way more than What's Wrong With Secretary Kim.

I watched the japanese version many years ago and I bawled like a baby. I couldn't get over it for a whole week. I really wanna watch this one but I'm afraid I'll be heartbroken again :(

Kim Jae Wook's visuals are too distracting!!! I keep looking at his face and forgetting to focus on the plot :P

I think Seo Ye Ji fits the character the most, but Jung So Min is not bad either.

Yeah I suppose it's both! Some have already been filmed years ago, but since he's so popular after AOL he's been filming a lot of new dramas too. As his fan, I'm really happy to be able to see him the whole year :D
