I was looking through a recommended list of BL dramas and this one was highly rated by the person who made the list. I decided to give it try only going off of the cute little image as the shows cover. I thought this was honestly going to be a very joyful movie but I was wrong. Night Flight ended up being incredibly serious, eye-opening, and amazing for a number of reasons.
First off, it´s topics. This movie has such an aspect that it pulls off by making dark issues very present but not drilling it home into the viewer's mind of how serious those topics are. For example, the teachers in the movie strictly say that the only thing that matters is getting into college. The main characters aren´t very affected or shook from these statements and the characters don't go on the say something like ¨School systems are shit.¨ The movie lets you think for yourself about its issues without the characters letting you what to think about whatever.
Secondly, the acting and cast. The acting for this was a sheer masterpiece. All of the very intense chases down sense, the fights, and the bullying are all so well done. The actors did such a nice job making the fights look realistic and emotional.
The third reason is the music. There wasn´t much music to really talk about but I found the lack of music to be kind of nice. I really let you hear the tones and feelings in the dialogue whereas it is covered up by music in other dramas. But the few scenes that did have it made it better.
One final reason that this movie is such a work of art is that of its realness. In most BL dramas, things turn out happy for the main character and their love interest. But before people in the real world can form a relationship with someone of the same sex, they have to find out the answer to the question, are they not straight? Almost all the dramas I have seen overlook this question or say that if it wasn´t this person they wouldn´t like the same sex. But this drama shows you that sometimes, things don´t work out like that. Sometimes you are going to be hated on for your sexuality. Sometimes you are going to confess to your crush and they will flat out laugh in your face because they aren´t gay and could never love one of the same sex. This movie shows you what real-world rejection and bullying looks like and it is the main reason I loved this as much as I did.
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants some realness in their life. But if you are a person who likes cuteness and softness in your dramas, I don't think this one is for you.

Ok, this story was honestly, confusing as fuck. It ends really openly and it just...werid. I really could get into anything about the plot and there wasn't much character development either. I was excited to finally see a lesbian drama but it just disappointed me. I thought it had so much potential in the beginning but after the first two episodes, it kinda went to shit.
The acting is pretty well done, considering all the kissing scenes the actresses have to do in such a short show. I honestly liked the characters, even though they were really...different... but not in the best way.
I enjoyed the music and I thought the opening was a BOP. The opening had a lot of personality to it and I like music pieces that can practically tell a story on it own.
I probably wouldn´t re-watch this merely considering the fact that I could be spending my time elsewhere instead of seeing this again.
If you are in the mood or are a fan of complete mind-fuck short lesbian dramas, go ahead and watch this. If you want to just watch something to keep you entertained, then this works too. As much as I didn´t like this, I can say that it really kept me intrigued throughout the entire thing. That is really all I have to say about this one.

Hello everyone. I don´t know who in the Thai drama fandom hasn´t seen this yet. And I don't know how much others like it. But I DO know that this is my favorite drama next to Together With Me.
Let me first address the cast and acting. Krist and Singto are absolutely wonderful and I have been in love with all of their works since this. The acting is very well done. All of the dramatic sense are well done and the crying actually looks real compared to other dramas. Next, the music. I loved the opening and the instrumental of it used in other sense really brings the music and show together. Rewatch value is definitely at the max, considering that I HAVE rewatched it.
One thing I really love about this show is how it doesn't need a ton of kissing sense or romantic things in it. This sho makes just small sentences have so much power and love in them that every time I hear Kongpob be his cheeky little self, I get butterflies. I honestly could go on about this show but at the same time, I can´t express my love for it if that makes sense.
Everything about SOTUS just makes me smile and I hope others will love it too.

OK this show was A LOT to take in. Back in the day when I had Amino, I joined a BL group that was quite nice and I got quite a few good recommendations, this being one of them. I was pretty excited about this considering it had been a bit since I had seen something new. But after the first few episodes, I go disappointed. I thought the storyline had so much potential but it just let me down. It wasn´t boring but the entire love triangle aspect really confused me. In the beginning, I was all for Hai Qing and Yan Fei´s relationship. But after Pin Jun, my favorite character came into the picture, I shipped them SO much for it to be ruined by Yan Fei coming back into Hai Qing´s life a year too late.
All the romantic sense in this show were well done but the crying sense seemed to be lacking something as they were over dramatic and not to well done. The music was nice but there wasn´t anything too special about it. I probably wouldn´t rewatch this mainly because I would most likely yell at all the characters for their idiotic decisions.
If you are looking for a show with lots of spicy sense and dramatic choice, I would recommend this. But for me, I found it a little too over dramatic. I am also mad at how Pin Jun got the short end of the stick that he did?´t deserve.

I have a lot of things to say about this show so sit down everyone! I saw ads for this show a while back and I was eminently smitten with its premise. The show looked really funny and a nice break from after just watching Grey Rainbow (if you have seen it you know what I am talking about). When I started the first episode, I immediately fell in love with the intro. It sounds so fun and fresh compared to some dramas where I just skip the openings. I honestly look forward to the show partly to hear the opening. It is defiantly a favorite along with the HIStory op.
As I continued to watch this show, I fell in love with the characters Jane, Tata, and especially Natt. They had really enjoyable personalities even though Tata´s innocence can be a bit annoying at times. But with the other two main characters, Kulay and Aei, I found them cringey and annoying to see. Aei´s character is just really clingy. She constantly whines about how she wants a love life and about how life is so unfair. I understand that some people can relate to her but I found her cringey. And with Kulay, I really didn´t like her attitude and how she is like, ¨ I should get what I want all the time¨ sometimes these two get on my nerves a ton but others times I don´t mind them.
I honestly like the story and how every episode teaches you something important threw all the silliness.
One thing I didn´t like about the story that much is the imbalance of screentime for every character. Yes, a;; four female characters get a pretty good amount of screentime disbursed around them. But I honestly don´t thing Natt get´s enough solo screen time. He is always solving everyone's problems even though everyone is a full-fledged adult who should have to ask their doctor friend to fix their love lives. I have not finished the show but I have yet to see really any development between Natt and his love interest which really makes me angry.
Do I like this show? It is kinda...meh
Would I rewatch it? The chances are pretty slim.
Even with my complaints I still think this is a show for people to want to watch. These are just my opinions but thank you for reading.

I have a lot to say about Crossing the Line so let´s get started. Let me first talk about the storyline. When I first saw this, I got major Haikyuu vibes. If you don´t know what Haikyuu is, it is an anime about volleyball. If any of you are into sports animes and low-key shonen-ai, I highly recommend it. But anyways, I saw the show and to put it simply, it is like Haikyuu but gayer, if that makes sense.
I found the storyline to be very enjoyable with little confusion or any major plot-twist that could leave me crying for a week. But at the same time, the storyline felt kinda predictable but overall, it was nice. I absolutely LOVED the cast. I feel like the actors have really good chemistry and I don't think it seems forced like in other dramas. All the dialogue is very nice and fitting too, similar to SOTUS, where even one small sentence can make me get butterflies. The music in this show was nice and fitting but I don't think it was really anything spectacular. I didn't want to get up and rave every time I saw the opening but the music was still soothing at times.
This is probably one of my favorite BL dramas and I would definitely rewatch considering the length of the show itself and how much I liked it. I also think it was one of the better if not best series in HIStory. Highly recommend!
