it’s definitely her talking about the job, not the relationship. lol
at no point in my comment did I mention anything about it being a good or bad plot. Not sure why you’re replying if you can’t add to the conversation (which is on (1) FL talking about her career, not her relationship and (2) if FL is selfish for choosing her career).

if you want to have a conversation about if the plot is good or bad, don’t just randomly reply to conversations that have nothing to do with it lol

How is it selfish? they showed in the last episode how long distance doesn’t actually hurt their relationship. and it’s not even that long distance considering how easy it would be for won to go see her. She’s been slaving for a company for 7 years, she deserves to be happy in her work and she clearly decided the forest hotel is where she’d be happiest. Won is a great boyfriend and will definitely want her to choose her happiness. if he knew she wasn’t happy anymore at KTL he would encourage her to make this choice anyways. Just as she would encourage him when he needs to go abroad (which he probably will again have to seeing how his business plan is about incorporating other places).

FL has never been a woman who puts love before her career. And Won isn’t the type of man who would make her choose between the two because he’s the opposite where he would probably put the woman he loves before his work. Neither is bad or selfish when there is a healthy balance, which we have seen they have. They are perfect together.

Even if she stayed, how would that help Won at work?

Everyone stop jumping the gun! The writers have loved trying to trick us this whole way through. FL hasn’t thought about her relationship at all and it’s not even a question whether she’ll stay with ML or not for her. She has always been thinking about her career because that is the questionable thing in her future… not whether or not the relationship is worth it. C’mon don’t let the writers get the best out of yah yet! lol

What a twist. Less than the 24 hours to see the end.Sorry, but very selfish of Sa Rang, after everything Won did…
it’s definitely her talking about the job, not the relationship. lol

Title King the Land Spoiler
Sorry writers…gotta give you a full point deduction for today’s ending, and spoiling Gu Won’s spectacular…
I think she’s talking about KTL not the relationship. The writers have liked tricking us all along when it comes to them breaking up. Because they never do.

Title Sweet Home Spoiler
I dint understand the logic behind killing Lee Eun hyuk's character ... Can anyone explain ?
I’m thinking he probably didn’t actually die. if I don’t see the dead body after, I very much bet on them coming back alive.

Title Sweet Home
am I the only one that liked how cartoon-y the monsters felt? it was like creatures out of the movie Beetlejuice and I think it made me like it more than if it were more realistic (but I’m not a fan of zombie movies so that might just be me). Honestly made it feel more dark comedy at times too which I enjoyed.

so I went ahead and spoiled this show for myself, and I'm not sure if I should continue or not. I hate endings…
I hate the same thing and FoE made me WAY more upset than this ending. But I was also WAY more invested in FoE… but idk, that kind of cliche trope normally p*sses me tf off, but it didn’t this time. Maybe because everyone around her was so positive about it and made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal.

I’m with everyone—I loved a lot about this show. From the very interesting and endearing relationships formed with past loved ones to FL’s bubbly and fiery personality. Unfortunately the show wasn’t wrapped up enough though by the end. I think the overall thing however is definitely worth the watch.

FL stabs her boyfriendand then shacks up with his brother.Out of ML, FL and 2ML, she is the worst. If you stab…
if you think your opinion is a fact, we have no more to discuss. To be blunt: you are beneath my level of communication.

have a good day.

I find it really interesting that no one has asked Da Eul if she wants to stay with her husband and she hasn't…
very true. my sister went through divorce but only after she realized she was into girls more. so it took her coming out of the closet to separate from her emotionally abusive and neglectant husband (even now he refuses to sign the papers because he can). So even once divorce IS on the table, it can be long and painful and expensive process to get it finalized when you have a spouse hellbent on making your life miserable. Add in kids and it’s worse due to custody etc.

so yes, lots of people stay somewhat unhappy if not completely unhappy because it’s such a headache. And if in Korean culture it also causes workplace abuse etc. I understand why the friend isn’t thinking about divorcing him. Just so frustrating to see it when the drama has been showing us all these ideal versions of situations!

Episode 14 really got me needing the last two episodes!!! This is the first time one of our leads hasn’t opened up about their true feelings/situations and it’s got me anxious as heck lol. I understand why (ML had to go abroad and focus on his work) but I hated that FL had to suffer on her own without his support in the background. Just knowing your partner sees your situation and understands it can help you get through it. Not to mention, her silence ends up having some consequences on ML when he ends up going through that triggering event again at the end. Poor dude got retraumatized but I love how he worked through it—it really showed his growth in comparison to the start of the series. And some positives: the drama seems to finally be addressing divorce and im hoping it continues its streak of educating us in the correct direction. I’m hoping (but not expecting) that the one friend with the horrible husband gives it a thought too, to exhibit that divorce isn’t some immoral thing that should shame women but can instead free them from harmful relationships… but I think that may be pushing it for a kdrama.

regardless, I love this show.

Title The Untamed Spoiler
Hi I just want to know that if wei ying actually dies and why did Jiang cheng try to kill him like I thought they…
also would like to add (although this is once again a spoiler that I don’t recommend spoiling for yourself)

He doesn’t actually try to kill him. Like he does but when he could have given the final blow that would have for sure killed wei ying, he purposely misses (we don’t see that until the scene plays out at like ep 33 or something). The sword hits the rock, not him.

i can only agree with everything!!! if you pay attention it's actually really damn revolutionary, compared to…
yes! like I understand the initial reaction of people saying it’s cliche, but at this point in the drama I don’t understand how so many people are still missing the point of all those cliches.

it’s like the comment above mentioning how Mr No was forgotten about by the writers when obviously he’s undercover as a double agent and will reveal his hard work to us in an upcoming episode after they make it seem like he’s being disloyal to ML lol. The cliches that are staring them in the face almost go unnoticed and the cliches that they’re worried will happen flip it’s script. Yet it all gets twisted into insults about the writers forgetting plot devices. It amazes me how hardwired we’ve become to have such a knee-jerk reaction.

especially since it’s a kdrama as well. There is a cliche machine in dramaland (that we love to hate and hate to love) that spits out the same formula over and over, and these writers are actually blatantly and shamelessly using it only to flip the script on like 2/3rds of them lol. They tease us constantly with cliche tropes, only to have the characters basically laugh at the expected reaction and do something that no one expected. Like when FL was totally clueless on why ML thought she wanted to break up. I love it lol

have I mentioned to y’all how much I f*cking love this drama?

My god, I keep expecting the worse and only end up with more green flags. This writing is simply beautiful. The type of writing we don’t see because how do you make an unproblematic story interesting? But for a lot of people (obviously not all) they accomplished it. They showed us a real world that is plagued with inequalities, and slowly gave us the ideal version of a world I think we all crave. The way some people grow and develop in this world to respect others; how they take accountability; even how they make mistakes and learn to not repeat them again… the writing is unlike anything dramaland has ever offered to us.

It doesn’t matter if a lot of people find it boring and not well written, in my opinion, it’s so goddamn revolutionary. Episode 13, I expected the typical dramatic scene to unfold, instead we have trust and respect and people who are unwilling to be manipulated by others or the situations around them. And then to bring the son in like that? To showcase growth once more? damn. I wanted to cry from how amazing it felt to watch it all happen.

of course, it is still a drama and I do expect the other shoe to drop (unfortunately), but I hope they keep up these themes because they are just beautiful to watch. My heart is very happy as of now.
