Wow, I love the easter eggs in NIF2. The secret chamber that Jing Ping and the emperor snuck out of, I was like, "I bet that's the secret chamber Mei Chang Su used to meet with Prince Jing." Sho issss!
BTW if anyone has finished this, whatever happened to Fei Liu (Mei Chang Su's little side kick kid?). They played a flashback when Ting Sheng was reminscing with the soft armadillo armor. I'm surprised he didn't end up #1 on Langya Hall top fighter list.
I really love the cameos, and flashback scenes they used, which ones did you guys notice/standout? Episode 27 when they're talking about the March Crusade where the other countries teamed up to fight against Great Liang, I noticed they featured the Marquis that signed the alliance between them, they also mentioned that battle in the first NIF.
Soooo, Xiao Yuan Qi just murdered his "uncle" (butler dude) because he faked/drop his jade into their pool and…
Not really a serious question, but I hope Princess Consort gets pregnant before Ping Zhang dies, or kills himself because of the poison. I got to the part where he finds out his father might be in trouble at the border because of the secret alliance between Yu and Liang..... I'm pretty sure he's going to die because of the Bone Frost, but I hope he can leave behind an heir or a son!!! :(
Isn't the Bone Frost the disease in part 1, where Hu Ge (Mei Chang Su) couldn't have kids because of it?
Sooooo question about Episode 23, I'll put it below in spoilers, so I don't ruin it.
Soooo, Xiao Yuan Qi just murdered his "uncle" (butler dude) because he faked/drop his jade into their pool and got his "uncle" to show the Mozhen Tattoo on his back, so he stabs him. But his uncle is pleading that he didn't do anything. HMMMM!
Is his uncle innocent? Maybe he just served the royal family and was tatted up?
Old Master Lin is our mischievous Chen lin? knowledge is undoubtedly a heavy burden. how they bear it? these masters…
I think he is an older version of Master Lin. From my understanding Langya Hall doesn't interfere with wordly concerns, even if they know secrets that could ruin lives. :/
In my opinion, too..but everyone has different tastes. For me it was the best chinese drama I've seen to date…
This one is very different so far. It's like apocalyptic genre, so far (I'm only up to episode 2). I think I might drop it because I don't even watch hollywood apocalypse themed movies. lol.
Torn between watching this or not. Somebody tell me, is the ending satisfying? That's all i need to hear.
Did you watch it yet? I just started it, I'm on Episode 2. It's very apocalyptic. I think I might drop it if it doesn't get interesting. Lol. So far, they've introduced the clans and how they came to be seperate.
A lot of people said this drama sucks. I wanted to see it because Shawn Dou was in it lol, I liked him in Princess Agents. I dont know if I want to re-download Drama Fever just to watch this one drama though.
My mom LOVED litle Tony Leung! She has all of his dramas from TVB back in the 80's. Luckily, we still have them that I can still enjoy those series. Loved him in HSDS, Yang Saga, HHH. I wish he did more dramas back then.
Yessss, I agree. I love that Xiao Nai doesn't let Bei Wei Wei ever feel insecure or jealous! Xiao Nai is such a romantic, Ugh I wish my bf was like him at times lol but we're poor hahah.
Hello, I was wondering how this ends. I was watching this, but then Viki stopped subtitling it after 16 episodes I believe. I'm so sad. I need to know how it ends.
