I re watched episode 3 and viewers will really have varying take on the character actions. That means the series wins in eliciting discussion on these matters and comments here are solid proof. Anyway, though I don't agree with Tharn's actions, the series is well=made, the plot is thickening, the characters are developing and I am looking forward to the next episodes.

What I don't agree on is some people here asking others to stop watching just because they have differing opinions. That's rude especially screening comments. There is no correct comment, everyone is entitled to an opinion, everyone is free to make one.

I agree with your point. There is also a difference with being in denial and being forced to do something you are not ready for. Granting that Type is developing some "feelings" for Tharn, but what Tharn is doing like kissing Type when he is drunk, kissing him while he's asleep and then that bathroom scene is non-consensual and @Ehlwing's point may be true.

And telling others not to watch the series just because they have different ideas is improper. There is freedom of speech. I am finding the series good but I can also comment about certain character actions the writer chose to include.

What makes this first episode so easy to watch is the acting of New and Tay. There is no awkwardness, their scenes flow so naturally, their eye contacts and expressions tell it all, they trust each other to carry their scenes so well without over-exerting. We expect the Non conflict, and that boy AJ also acts so annoyingly well.

Wow, this is just episode 2 and the series is becoming so intense. What I like about this drama is the intention to tell a story, not just to give eye-candy scenes. And the dialogues are really brilliant, to go with good acting.

It may just be me but I feel the female lead is beautiful but not suited for roles such as this light comedy. I am actually confused with her character. Anyway, I am in ep 6 and will continue watching.

The storyline is too thin, the acting is terrible. For such a short series, much time is given to fillers that never help forward the plot they are trying to show. The three people managing the dormitory house have no story to share, just being nosy. And what is that scene when Parfun invited her friends to the date she agreed to have and letting Mawin pay everything and they are making fun of the guy. That is freaking bad even if you are annoyed at the person.

I loved the first 2 episodes. But on the 3rd ep, I started to feel some discomfort with the way the story is progressing. The male lead plans to tell the truth of his identity, but he spent so much time explaining to her, why not just give her some solid proof or better yet, bring her to the company or something that will once and for all reveal the truth. There has to be some dramatic entrance for the character. And them, the antagonist simply and easily left. Too cliched! And nothing personal but I don't feel the acting of the actors. Anyway, I will watch some more episodes and see.

This is my first K-drama after switching to C-dramas due to some disappointing series. Scanning the synopsis, I got curious and wow that decision to give a short try is very worth it. I love the first few episodes, and eagerly anticipating the next ones! it's like seeing a fresh menu after eating the same recipe these past few months. Now, I am bookmarking other current K-series to watch in addition to the Tale of Nokdu.

One thing more that gets me hooked is the great ensemble acting of the whole cast, especially those women in the widowed village. And the two leads are a joy to watch, so natural. And the male lead really looks like a woman when he crossed=dressed.

I like this first episode better than another series which also premiered this week. The cinematography and music give that perfect university atmosphere. The dialogues are succinct enough and no lag in the delivery (which is apparent in another series that recently ended). James suits that uncomfortable character Shin very well and Oat has that charm though I sense a dark side in his Keng character (hopefully not). I hope Yacht, who is a favorite actor in LBC will be the sunshine that covers the dark tags in this series. He really gives life in every scene he is in, hope he continues this as Bright. Though I want some serious tone sometimes, too much animosity and sinister antagonists ruin a series for me.

Anyway, I love this first episode.

I started with K-dramas, but felt something was missing after finishing some series though I loved many of them as can be seen from my list. But after watching a C-drama, I felt a complete emotional experience I was looking for before. Of course there are many mediocre C-dramas out there, but a number of them are to my taste and enjoyment. The last K-drama I watched was Hotel del Luna, but I don't know why I always fell asleep every time I try to finish it. I put it on hold for the moment, and will try to finish it some other time.

As in every country, there are good and bad series, depending on the taste and preference of viewers. But as of the moment, my preference is not those fast-paced series devoid of deep emotions in romance dramas. Of course overly dragging series is annoying too, just the right blend is perfect. Fast paced plots to me are for those suspense thrillers which I also recently discovered in 2 C-dramas I recently watched.

Anyway, to each his own choice, I will try some K-dramas some other time, and Lee Dong Wook is one of my favorite actors across countries in the same league as Deng Lun, Li Xian and Sandra Ma.

Well, I didn't like the start of this series. But eventually, it grew in me and I finally enjoyed it. I just don't like how the writers treated the characters, they want to show something different by making antagonist-like female characters who eventually became likeable. . Then Mowgli, who was charming at the start became annoying with the way he treated Ling Xi, first regarding his proposal, then by the way he just left her without clearing things up. And it happened twice. Then the writers introduced the no marriage concept for the lovable Zi Yue and Tang Cheng, Well, it's not common for a C-drama to have this concept. And up until the end, they wanted to show more drama by making Mowgli sick, when they already have a nice reunion an episode back. And the AIDS thing is I think confusing. For my limited knowledge, I believe that illness takes many years after exposure to the virus.

Anyway, this is not a bad series, I actually like the latter episodes.

she was forgotten by episode 13, then he was mean to her while she keeps bugging him, then he starts to be bothered by his feeling at the end of episode 17. slowly falling for her again, until he regained his memory at episode 26.

I love the first part until the rainstorm when Xioa Qi was forgotten by Fang Leng. After that, there was not much development in the story nor the characters, just a constant push and pull. Instances like when Xioa Qi, after receiving a huge amount of money still has the nerve to stay int he company? And she can go to work as she pleases as if she owns the company. She keeps changing back and forth, that it becomes confusing and tiring to watch. She is likeable but tends to overacts at times. But the last episode is better though there are so many unresolved issues the story inserted in the beginning but failed to resolve in the end.

But for those looking for a simple story, with cuteness, this is a nice watch. Just be ready for some antagonists and don't look for so much story.

Lol, it seems you are deeply hurt when people say Yang Yang is a bad actor, and yet you keep disgracing Zheng Shuang's acting, kissing or even her figure. You are too agitated by her and too defensive of him that you keep commenting on others' post that differ from your own. Go easy on being a fan, or better yet, produce your own series and get the actress you want to partner with your beloved Yang Yang. Cheers!

I want to love this but I didn't fully enjoy it. Xia Ke is not totally honest with Xing Yun. He always keep her wondering and worried all throughout. I understand that he is true to his character, but there is danger of misunderstanding especially in the last few episodes. In trying to protect her, he is making her worried and anxious. If a phone-call is not advisable, well, a chat or text can make her understand the situation. Also, he should have visited her parents when he moved in next-door to show his sincerity instead of meeting her in his room.

But I still like this series, short and cute in its own way because they are loyal to each other, but they have different ways of expressing their love.

Many others will not agree with you and will not care about your opinion. So stick with your belief and don't convince others. Ok?

I can't express how I am feeling about this series. It is a bit corny but I am not annoyed, I am actually enjoying this. maybe because they don't overdo the scenes, or the leads have that cute chemistry. Anyway, this is a must watch, and will now continue watching!
