Oooh it's the 2521 director, no wonder I already love the direction of the drama. Some beautiful nostalgic flares in the first episode perfectly capturing what childhood feels like looking back.
Sorry but the ML started as that puppy like , cute and homeless guy who seemed like a really cool detective that…
Who cares that a serial killer is on the loose? Well, a cop would. Who cares if they are punished by the law or by someone taking the law into their own hands? Well, most people aren't in favor of murder, even the murder of criminals. And the victims also often feel that it's an "easy way out" for the criminals, as one of the victims literally expresses in the drama.
It's perfectly fine to root for Bitna/Justitia, but it is very silly to somehow pretend that the cop should just accept a rogue judge going on a mass murder spree because they're criminals.
Actually, the general consensus is that the second season was better. It is both higher rated on MDL and got better…
I agree the action scenes were better in S1, but overall I preferred S2. Loved Shin Jae-ha as a villain in S2, while I found Esom's prosecutor a bit grating in S1. Either way both seasons were so great for me that I can't wait for more.
the second season was not watchable at all, the first one was enough lmao
Actually, the general consensus is that the second season was better. It is both higher rated on MDL and got better tv ratings than the first season. So it's no surprise people want more.
Peculiar that we've not heard about an international OTT yet. Makes me anxious. It's quite a high-profile release what with the book being nominated for the International Booker Prize, so it would be strange if they had any issues finding one. I guess we'll know how it turns out pretty soon.
I groaned whenever that terrible OST came on during big scenes. Who approved that mess for a global drama? Not only was the singer's voice grating and annoying, but the lyrics were in broken English...
I don't hate the ml, but like my dude, SHE IS A DEMON. Why are you putting human morals on her? And what are you…
Because she is existing as a human, in the world of humans? Why wouldn't he use that framework? Is he just meant to be like "oh yes, please do just go on murdering the perpetrators of cases we work on"? Literally the entire point of the drama is how their entirely different worldviews meet and how that friction ends up having an impact on both of them.
The preview for next week makes me so excited about where their relationship is going. Can't wait for more developments in the star-crossed romance between Park Shin-hye and her latest namja. ðŸ¤
