I explained the ending, but I'll paste it here. I won't rewatch the whole drama because it made me beyond anxious lol
"Basically... from my understanding:
Jong-Woo snapped. FOR REAL. Rather than Mun-Jo killing all the residents, it was Jong-Woo. BUT Mun-Jo may not have been real in the first place considering that the girlfriend saw him rambling and talking to himself. The policewoman noticed the teeth bracelet that Jong-Woo had on, Mun-Jo also wore it. NO, Mun-Jo is not alive and was most likely a ghost. He didn't survive his injuries.
As for the ending with Jong-Woo typing "die" repeatedly, he's lost his mind. He became just as twisted as Mun-Jo because the world (and Eden Boarding House) completely broke him.
HOWEVER... we don't know if this is all a story that he's writing, or if this actually happened for real. Jong-Woo is an unreliable narrator and things are never made explicitly clear. I love it. It keeps you guessing!"
The female detective got on my nerves too, though, at least she was somewhat competent. But the girlfriend? TRASH!!!!!

I was definitely Team Hee-Kyung, also I can't stand the actress that plays Ms. So! I'm sure she's a lovely lady in real life, but I hate seeing her face because the characters she tends to play are IRRITATING! 😭
Genuinely great watch so far, but Won-Jae is so goddamn ANNOYING! I only skip when he comes on 😭 as for the main cast, this is the first drama I've watched where I don't actually know who I'm rooting for. All 3 protagonists (Tae-Ju, Seo-Yun, and Min-Jae) are awful people, but I love them too. Weird lol
Started off good, ended up being really underwhelming for me. Very predictable ending. Overall score is 6.5/10 for me, I liked the music and some of the actors, and I liked that the FL started off as a nun. I wish her revenge was better executed though. Did not like Ji-Seok (2nd ML), and I liked the ML (Tae-Jung) at first before he got annoying. WAY too much filler with Tae-Jung's mom, Sun-Yoo's family, and the mentally disabled uncle.
I don't think I'd rewatch this, but it was, again, decent.

Business makjang) Unknown Woman (adoptive mother) Tears of Heaven Gracious Revenge possibly counts? I Can't Stop (with an evil MIL) Pure Pumpkin Flower A Bird That Doesn't Cry/Sing (with a stepmother) Snow White's Revenge (we all know how that went 😂)

I really tried getting back in Pearl in Red. I did. Some parts were interesting... but I just can't. No, not even a rewatch can save it for me 💀
