just some I can think of right now, from top to bottom, top being most recommended. It's usually "indie" films that showcase these kind of stories
Movies: Gekijou (aka Theatre: Love Story) Colorless Birds Without Names No Longer Human (there's two versions, i watched the 2019 one) Brain Man (2013) The Top Secret: Murder in Mind
Dramas: 3 Nen A Gumi Bokutachi ga Yarimashita 1 Litre no Namida (based on true story as well) 35 sai no Koukousei Kazoku Game anone
Even though I already saw some jdramas, I still can´t decide if i like this drama or not. The content felt really…
These fictional characters do not depict actual real people. So no, don't start making assumptions about people from said country or people in general, that's really disrespectful and ignorant of you smh.
It's been almost four months since Haruma left us and I'm still seeing articles and speculations on forums, comments etc about how his passing was iffy and how "something else must've happened".
I've already commented this before but please stop looking into these theories or rumor on what supposedly had actually happened. This doesn't just apply to Haruma but making unnecessary speculations after someone passes on is very disrespectful to the dead and their family, please stop. I don't want to have to read another different theory every other week, my heart aches just reading a different story and certain comments being said about him every time. Let the man rest in peace, please.
Everyone, do you realise that the Japanese are petitioning for police investigation on Haruma Miura's death? A…

I didn't think this needed to be said but at this point it does, I find it highly disrespectful and inappropriate for everyone to ponder on and speculate on what's happened. I've seen and read countless made-up rumors about Haruma. All I have to say is instead of reading up on rumors and speculations you see on the internet, we're better off paying him our respects and appreciate all the hard work he's put in every project. His work in films, musicals, his music etc because that's what he would've wanted, AFAIK he never let anyone knew what he was going through, not even his closest ones. The fact of the matter is this, we don't know and and we will never know.
Don't bother reading into rumors and speculations. J-netizens can be harsh and ridiculous, I can go into detail about this but that's not the point here. Only his family and the police know what truly happened since only they got to know what he wrote in the letter (they've addressed that it was a farewell note which didn't indicate anything that led up to his death). Don't bother believing and looking into these is my advice.
This doesn't just apply to Haruma. Making unnecessary, baseless speculations after someone passes on is very disrespectful to the dead and their family, just stop. I don't want to have to read another different theory every other week, my heart aches a little just reading a different story and certain comments being said about him every time. He, like many others that have already left this world too early, are sorely missed. Let the man rest in peace, please.
I know this is a very depressing movie but please don't give it a bad rating because of merely that reason alone. The actors did a spectacular job portraying their characters (especially Masami, she was stellar in this), the music and the cinematography was on point. While I do get the story is rather upsetting, I don't think it's fair that you give this film a bad rating..
and it's most likely true as to what happens in the ending..
