Tbh adults stop maturing at one point so even if she has 19 lives under her belt it shouldn't mean she is super wise. In each of them she is an adult and can't get past the maturity of an adult. She and Seo Ha should be equally mature. She experienced more, but overall there is no reason for her to be more mature in the way she perceives the world. That would be more realistic imho
