Ok I really liked this movie. I would have liked it better with subs but hey. Go Soo is to die for and I love Han Seok Kyu as well. for some reason his smiles can be so pure OR so evil LOL he is awesome. Go Soo is just the best thing since sliced bread. I love his moon sequence.
this is a really funny drama. it's getting crazier every episode haha
cant wait for episode 5!!
I have been a serious fan of hers from running man, she is the BOMB and then i finally saw how many ovies and dramas she has doen that I saw her in way before my running man days and did not even know it!! I also had a hard time liking emergency couple, but this one is a keeper!!
just started watching for Lee Sang Yoon - I will be skipping the gay dudes.
the gay dudes are not the main focus anyhow, but it plays a large part in the family growing and its dynamics. It is so tastefully done, you should just watch the entire thing really. BUT!! suit yourself :)
are there other lovelines besides the with the guys?
there are five love lines in here. only one involves a guy to guy relationship, and that one is very tastefully done. ALL the relationships, from the oldest member to the youngest member of this family are shown. It is very interesting and satisfying. You will laugh, gasp, cry, clench your fists and jump for joy! it offers the full range of what a relationship means as we go thru all their stories. I have re-watched this drama about 15 times. It is a perfect family drama. Also, i feel the way it was filmed was somewhat unique, but very professional.
I would love it to be subbed as well. I remmeber Cheer up Mister Kim was the first drama I watched raw episodes from about 85-125. you try thatonce or twice and you can get a lot of it. however, I have been watching dramas for about 6 hours a day ( at least) for the last five years and NOTHING else ( maybe the odd anime here and there) and I am pretty well able to keep up. Some technical bits still get me. I can understand all the lies, marriage, divorce and date words pretty much by now. LOL. where are you? why did you do that? what will I do about that? are you hungry? i am hungry, , here it is, follow me, all those simple phrases i can understand. lately I have even been trying to repeat them. HAH old ldaies, got to love us!!
Back on topic tho, this is shaping up to be my favorite daily along with i love you from today.

cant wait for episode 5!!
I agree. It was like bleh but I made myself look at ep 1 because I love SJH, and now at the end of ep4 I am completely enchanted and impatient for the next episode!!! what a cliff hanger!!!!
Ok I have favorite actors that I follow and all that BUT
This drama is head and shoulders past the issue of who is in it.It is tongue in cheek fun, sarcasm, insanity and hope all in one. This drama is taking us on a powerful journey, laughing and crying all the way. It's probably not for kids, any one under 25 might not relate to it well. I just hope it maintains this level of quality till the end because if it does. WHOA talk about a masterpiece!!
Big Mama King with her powerful voice and CHoi min soo ost from warrior baek dong soo was what started my hunt for Korean music. Choi min soos song was the first Korean song I ever tried to learn the lyrics for!! that song makes me cry, get chill bumps and generally man up everytime i hear it. One of my other favorites was the original Who are you OST by saza choi and winterplay, those lies. saved the best for last!! the song that plays every time something really good happened on the It's Ok - Thats love drama song by Family of the year - Hero. Wht I would really love is an easier way to find who sings what!! How cool is it that a TON of OST are actully being sung by the actors in them? I LOVE that! Who Knew Choi min soo could sing such a moving song?
for some reason i can't update the list with dramas that i watched...is anyone else that has the same problem…
Is it sendingyou to a facebook app? mine was. i clicked everything 20 times and it started posting on my facebook and then it worked,.. UGH what a mess right?
who cares if its a 'meh' drama (although nope, don't feel that way myself) - this is Yoochun's last before MS.…
Teleri!! I am going to really miss yoo chun. I thought him running around half an episode with an arm out of socket was enough to show he did not feel pain! I do think he is doing a fantastic job as well. I feel like the writers are having trouble grasping the fact that we get it already. it happens like this in a lot of dramas that end up being just fine. the guy kicking him is one of my favorite character actors tooo... I think around ep 5 they will have settled down and it will probably pick right up nicely.
I take shin se kyung over park Yoochun any day. Yoochun blows. Can't act ..can't do anything. I like shin se kyung.…
For yoo chun I agree. He acts better in roles that are written better as well. starting to see a pattern there? LOL Si wan ( from Misaeng?) is a great actor.
Yoo chun is fine. I wonder how many people realize how hard it is to mentally set yourself up as a person who does not feel pain? mentally getting in to that role is going to be like putting yourself into a box at first, then slowly coming out of it. Usually after five episodes they have the feel for it and THAT is when you check in to see if its going to float or sink. I think they should start making a lot of trial episodes until every one relaxes. THEN they can take on their roles and the flow and chemistry is established before we see their awkward feeling... But! a lot of dramas are long enough that you can skip the five episodes and go into the decent acting parts :)
not at all. its more like blademan in its aspects of fantasy, and even the overall feeling s pretty much the same. its almost as though they were trying to merge a jdrama ( cold and really out there sometimes: ie manga driven) with a kdrama ( obligation, loss of a family member, being the bullied one).
I thought the second episode was the meh episode and the first was sort of ok. The act of physically harming (kicking) yoo chun by the lead homicide inspector, and making that deal for some reason made me feel the drama was a very low grade quality. I believe I am going to pass this one up as much as love yoo chun in a lot of his other dramas. As cheesey as they may have been they were nice enough in the casting and script to make it worth it.
